This was definitely the worse place I have ever stayed. My bed wasn’t more than a thin foam on a springy frame. The sheets were smelly and didn’t fit the mattress. Pillows were dingy and smelled. The carpets were stained and dirty. The room was small without a TV, just one small table that looked like patio furniture. The bathroom was not even part of the room and disgusting. Dirty, and disgusting as well. I was charged extra when I arrived, being told I should not stay in my original booking as there was no window. So I was ‘upgraded’ but the room was just as terrible. I am so disappointed that this is called a hotel and Expedia is willing to list it for people to stay in. There should be regulations in place to ensure people are safe when they travel.

Empress palace hotel luxurious ambience is really a crown of the city Oh, location was unforgettable stay with great guests at our private beautiful suitable suites dude by side We had free fast Wi-Fi and free parking also was provided. Thank you so much your kitchen, i had easy easy access in front of our room. We had an access to balcony and patio and garden Was on ground level

Bed dream in stayed, dirty, no base supplies, such as body wash, shampoo..the house keeper requested to charge extra tax and fee in cash, and wanted to give a economic room without windows ( we booked a basic room with window) when I checked in. The stayed night, there was a snoring man sleep in the shared living room. I paid two days stayed, but I must leave the next morning.
