The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Area around hotel had many restaurant options and a mall within a few minutes walking distance. Great location..

The room was satisfactory, but unfortunately, some of the lighting fixtures were not functioning properly. Additionally, there was no water provided in the room. We were also disappointed with the staff's lack of attentiveness, as they failed to offer assistance with our luggage, despite us having five bags to manage.
