The room was great. Staff was wonderful. Only complaint was that we asked where we could get a bite to eat and she told us about a restaurant outside the hotel. The place she sent us to had overpriced menu options and wasn't that good. She never mentioned the hotel. We went to the restaurant in the hotel the next day, had great food and reasonably priced. We wondered why she didn't recommend the hotel restaurant. It didn't make sense to us. We stayed at the Grand on 2/20 and had our meals there

I found that the level of customer service could be improved. When I tried calling to confirm a shuttle from the airport I was to listen to the pre-recorded loop for over 6 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was in the phone. When we checked in to the room we found the comforter wasn’t clean and the inside of the windows are so dirty and greasy like they have not been cleaned in a very long time. We had two rooms booked and found the same issues in both rooms. The rate was good though for the quality of the hotel and we appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport and the discounted extended parking while we were away.

The room was very clean and the gentleman at the front counter was very polite. The bed was so very comfortable. We arrived later than expected so no shuttle service was available and the breakfast was not included. It cost us another $ 20 each and it was just ok. No other option if you wanted breakfast..other than grabbing a bite at the airport. I would however stay again but find other breakfast alternatives

The covers on our bed were dirty, I left pictures to the front desk, the bed and the towels were dirty and messy, floor dirty, and some spots were like someone through up “ Super Gross “ The staff never offer moving from this room an ever asked to change a towels or said I will send someone to clean up. We were travelling and this was an eye opening for us to be more careful with hotels

The room was basic but very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We really appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and that it was easy walking distance to many restaurants in the area. Nothing fancy, but decent for the price.

This hotel used to have breakfast which has been cancelled. The shuttle service which is advertised as coming every 1/2 hour is closer to 1 hour. This hotel is just ok there are better hotels to stay at.
