Expressing my extreme disappointment regarding a recent interaction I had with a member of your front desk staff on Saturday,Nov 22, 2025 around 1:00 PM. I am a travel agent and was checking in to pick up keys for my clients.
The experience was unacceptable. When I presented my temporary BC Driver's License, the receptionist claimed it was expired, while the driver license expires next year and insisted I provide a photo ID, which I immediately did. However, after I received the keys, she proceeded to accuse me, stating, "I know you and you always park in their parking lot." I clarified that I had just received the keys for my clients and would be leaving right away, but she insisted multiple times, "You ALWAYS park in our parking lot!!!" This accusation was entirely inappropriate and ridiculous.
When I requested her name, she refused to provide it. There is another receptionist whose name is Mary, and she is good.
