I thought the bathroom sink was dirty, but it was just a crack in the sink basin. No bottled water or mini-bar and the towels were rough, but the hot water was plentiful; though the shower gel dispenser was empty.

Perfect for a stop over if you're flying through Van. Great location, a short walk to the canada line and amazing asian food. Nice room, clean. Friendly staff. Convenient shuttle to YVR that was on time. The only hiccup was the water temp in the shower changed on a dime. Otherwise great. We plan to stay again.

I have never stayed at this hotel in YVR before this trip but this is my new go to Airport hotel, timely shuttle, excellent service and really nice rooms. The customer service staff are very friendly, hard to find a hotel with a small town vibe in a large city!

The front desk staff were all kind and courteous throughout our stay. We had an early flight and needed to catch the first shuttle of the day (which we ordered the day before). When the shuttle ended up running late that morning, the front desk attendant immediately called us a complimentary taxi to ensure we would arrive at the airport on time. Very impressed by his attentiveness and high level of customer service.

Staff at the front desk are always polite and helpful. Sadly this time the room did not live up to standards that we have experienced many times previously. The bathroom and shower were not as clean as we have experienced before. That being said, everything else was good: close to fantastic restaurants, convenient shuttle to the airport and close to the Canada line.

Airport Shuttle was on time and efficiently brought us to and from the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, with a gorgeously decorated Christmas tree, comfortable seating and a self serve coffee bar. There was also a lobby cafe serving a breakfast buffet for $20, starting pretty early. I didn't try it, but it had a good selection listed on the menu. The hotel was super clean and front desk agents were personable and professional. It smelled fabulous in the lobby and halls. Absolutely clean with a hint of floral /fresh something... Really enjoyed it. The rooms did not have deliver that same odor, but were spacious. The bathroom was spotless, the towels were plenty, and the clean, fresh-smelling bedding and 4 pillows per bed, bonus, were crisp and comfortable! The mini fridge hadn't been used in sometime and smelled a bit on opening, but the room also had a microwave, Keurig coffee maker (and pods) and a big desk/console. There is lots of room to use as a desk, with a power hub, and an office style chair. The windows are large, and overlooked the Lansdowne Mall. They had a sheer curtain and a room darkening one as well, which I appreciates. Also, were able to open a window for fresh air. We used the heat, not the AC and it worked immediately. Over all, I felt safe, in a clean and everything I need room. My only complaint is the cable (?) tv. Most hotels I've stayed recently have tvs that I sign in on my own streaming services.
