Have parking lot. When you walk in the room looks clean, but when you settle down you will noted the room is not as clear. Dusty table, electric charge, bathtub not being scrubs and towels have stains. Right at 11 am the cleaning lady keep knots the door. As to closed the luggage to ready to get out. Tell her to waiting she doesn't care, still open my room. I had deadbolts. 1 minutes later she knots on the door again. I had stay here 3 times, this time I am very disappointed!

The location was super convenient- located next to a train station that will take you to the city center or the water front for your cruise. However Vancouver has easy to use public transportation. You can use your credit card or Apple Pay. And if you type where you’re going in your map it will tell you what buses or train to take. The hotel itself I selected for the shuttle from the airport. It’s supposed to come every 30 minutes I waited an hour and a half. You’re better off grabbing a taxi. The hotel was run down. The room was run down. It also smelled very musty and I googled it seemed like it was due to the air conditioning. So I turned it off in my room and the smell died down. So maybe mold build up in the vents? Not sure. But I wouldn’t stay there again. Due to the run downness and the smell I was afraid for bed bugs and it was hard for me to get comfortable. The staff was super polite. I was pissed after my hour and a half wait for the shuttle and the front desk worker was very polite and let me complain and apologized. They didn’t do anything to appease me and a hour and a half wait is crazy and he knew it took that long as we called when we arrived at the bus stop to let them know we were there. But it is what it is.

The staff were friendly; the bar menu was limited and they had run out of beer by the time we went to the bar at 9 pm. The worst issue was the transportation to the airport. The driver was somewhat rude and unhelpful. He asked if we were going domestic. we told him that we were going Westjet Domestic. We were three senior citizens, with one who was visibly handicapped. HE DROPPED US OFF AT INTERNATIONAL... leaving us to walk a long distance. This was right after we told him we were domestic. This also happened to my relative who left later in the morning. I left on August 11th at 7 am.... my cousin left an hour or two later. This is unacceptable. I know that you share this services and it is not the hotel's fault, but you must address it. Thanks you.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is conveniently located to a large selection of restaurants as well as a short walking distance to Landsdown SkyTrain station and shopping mall. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Room is clean and tidy. My room is quite. An open door shower is easy accessible for my 90 year old Mom but there's no graping bar inside the shower area and the floor is a bit slippery when it's wet. It's better to provide a bath mat inside. Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

Lots of dining options within walkable distance. Airport shuttle is best to book in advance especially with a large party. Staffs are very helpful and let me check in the morning due to a super delay with my flight (need to let them know before hand). The cleanliness is the thing that I'm not too happy about. There's stinks on the blanket, towels, furnitures are old condition, some extension are filled with sticky unknown feeling. But the price and easy reachable eaterY nearby, plus the free airport shuttle, is not a bad choice.
