The staff are friendly and kind. The place is clean even though the building is old. The room provided to us is bug and spacious. Our overall stay experience is excellent.

The hotel is beautiful, convenience and in great location. The check-in employee was rude and rushed us trough the process. We book a room for 5 people and were only given 2 towels; we made do. Also no hand soap was provided. The restroom smelled like urine. It's ok, not so great.

Although beds listed as Queen, they were definitely smaller, closer to a double. Room was quite warm. Friendly staff. Excellent entertainment in the pub/restaurant. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff at this hotel set a new standard for excellent hospitality and service. Every person we met there was friendly, warm and helpful. Wow! This place is wonderful. Its not upscale modern, it is old world charm and comfort. Super pet friendly yet very clean and tidy.
