Staff were wonderful; polite, helpful, friendly a pleasure to talk with. Location in its own grounds was very convenient and safe, easily walkable to the town centre an resturants; breakfast on the patio, among the tree and plants was wonderful.

This is not my first stay in Art Hotel and it seems that overall service has slipped quite a lot. After I checked into the hotel, I noticed that the trash bin was not emptied, and I also found a stocking caught between the cupboard doors. After that I took shower, because the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap are fixed to the wall, I took what I needed for use. As I apply the conditioner hoping to smoothen out my hair, I noticed my hair was foaming with lather. It seems that soap or shampoo had been added to the conditioner container. Lastly was on amenities, I had some tea in the room on Day 1. On Day 2, I noticed that no need tea bags were replenished after the room was cleaned. Also, the hotel does not provide bottled drinking water. While the room has a big bed with nice drawings in the wall, the hotel does not provide the basic service and amenities for an enjoyable stay. This would be my last time staying here.

Although my stay was brief - to visit the Panza Collection nearby - my stay was excellent. The hotel has a great atmosphere of a country house. The express check in was incredibly fast and efficient, and the room was very good, with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast was also very very good.

Comfortable, perfect location, will stay again.
We stopped by Varese for a few days to visit with old friends and get a bit of cycling in. Perfect bike friendly hotel- has bike storage closet with basic tools. Continental Beakfast is good. Centrally locates.
