Not a great location really. The front desk staff made guests leave their room keys each time they left the hotel, which seemed shady in the first place, but then upon returning to the hotel later multiple guests were at the front guests just asking for room keys with no proof that it was their room or any identification. Seemed very unsafe and not secure at all.

We were on a cycling tour across Europe and needed a stayover near the ferry terminal. The hotel was exactly what we needed although breakfast was a bit expensive at 9.5 euros.

Parking arrangements are a joke.
Interesting car park arrangements... 7,30pm On arrival we were told that the car park behind the hotel (that we were parked in) was fully booked. It wasn't. There were several transit minibuses from the adjoining seamans pub there, but apart from that it was empty. Nevertheless we were told we couldn't park there. We could only park on the street. Unfortunately the locals seem to treat parking like bumper cars when it comes to squeezing in to a space. So don't visit here if you have a nice car.

Great central location
This is a fantastic central hotel close to the beach and bars/restaurants. It could do with air-conditioning but overall is a great basic option for a quick visit to the city. The free parking is also a real bonus.

Nothing fancy, but it provides a good lodging option.
Overall this place is fine. The hallways, elevator, and lobby definitely need an upgrade. They are pretty shabby. However the room seemed fine, it was quiet, and it was clean. This is also a good location to the central area of LeHavre. I would stay here again.

Appalling!
Hotel is dated and worn, lady on reception gave me a key to a room which I opened and was still occupied, no apology, no wifi connection at all , we stayed at 10 different hotels on our trip through Europe this was by far the worst topped up by a load of noise and a fight outside Saturday early hours, avoid at all cost, far better available nearby!

Just perfect
We went over for the D Day events but could not find any acceptable accommodation where we wanted to be so settled for this hotel and I am glad we did. Room was spacious, clean and the bathroom very new. The bar and restaurant are in house and the food is just excellent. Staff were polite enough not to laugh at my French and in the end gave up and we spoke English !! Very friendly. Parking is outside and free 17:30 to 09:00. Convenient for Car Ferries and for on ward travel within France. Just excellent!!

A éviter, a fuire, une catastrophe la chambre sent mauvais la literie est une honte ça démange la nuit et cerise sur le gâteau alarme qui retentit a 6h du matin, même pas un mot d'excuse decla part du réceptionniste

Hotel vétuste et en cours de rénovation j'espère... Simple vitrage, donc un peu de bruyant à l'intérieur. Cher pour ce type de standing. Réceptionniste très agréable.

Séjour de travail association européeenne sport en tete;plusieurs réservations avec petit déjeuner;réservations avec le souvenir d'un hotel restaurant déjà reserve dans le même contexte voilà qq années et qui était très bien . Donc reservation "aveugle" nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un hotel sans restaurant,très très vétuste,dont l'hygiène était très douteuse....moquette très salle et tachee,rideau qui pendouilles impossible de mettre la chambre dans l'obscurité....baignoire limite propre,interrupteur chambre très sales (j'ai passe du gel hydroalcoolique perso dessus )pour minimum sécurité ....rallonge electrique dans la chambre multiprise se baladant ,ralonge cable TV ...)très sale ;Aucune prise a proximité du lit (pratique pour portables ) Petit déj prévu mais a peine le minimum.....devons aller chercher le pain couper par petit bout au fur et a mesure ... doubles rideaux sans rideaux (pas comme la photo) draps semblant propres mais très chiffonés ....Bref hotel pas du tt à conseille de plus aucun controle de Pass sanitaire à l'arrivée et pas de gel mis à disposition ....les gens vont et viennent de l'extérieur dans l'hotel sans aucun filtre ????? Dommage je n'ai pas pris de photos Avis unanime au sein du groupe
