Stayed in the Pink Lady room.
Room was clean. Antique furniture a bit impractical. Couldn’t hang anything up in the wardrobe. There was no chest of drawers. And nothing to put a suitcase on.
Bed was ok. Could have provided more pillows. Luckily we had our own.
Extra bed for child was a daybed. Not quite full length but ok.
Room was very hot and stuffy at night because it only had a sliding patio door, which could not be left open.
Bathroom large and well appointed, except there was no fitting on the wall to hold the shower head, so had to be hand held.
Breakfast was fab. Gorgeous fresh bread, pastries and homemade cake with fruit, ham and local cheeses, cereal, tea and coffee and local pressed apple juice. We were fine, but others may not be happy with the inflexible breakfast time of 9.15am.
Owners very friendly and helpful.
Nice communal room for guests to sit, with some board games.
