Our stay was outsiding. Calm after the Paris pace. Everything's was very clean and well taking care of. Our host showed us all around and made us feel at home. Great location. A perfect place to stay. Martha

Clean and charming but a bit impractical.
Stayed in the Pink Lady room. Room was clean. Antique furniture a bit impractical. Couldn’t hang anything up in the wardrobe. There was no chest of drawers. And nothing to put a suitcase on. Bed was ok. Could have provided more pillows. Luckily we had our own. Extra bed for child was a daybed. Not quite full length but ok. Room was very hot and stuffy at night because it only had a sliding patio door, which could not be left open. Bathroom large and well appointed, except there was no fitting on the wall to hold the shower head, so had to be hand held. Breakfast was fab. Gorgeous fresh bread, pastries and homemade cake with fruit, ham and local cheeses, cereal, tea and coffee and local pressed apple juice. We were fine, but others may not be happy with the inflexible breakfast time of 9.15am. Owners very friendly and helpful. Nice communal room for guests to sit, with some board games.

Disaster and I don't understand why you show exceptional for this Hotel? We were on the Freeway and that owner call us to say that we have a reservation and that we should know that the Hotel close at 7pm!!! Nothing is writing on your reservation! Then that room was without any key, no phone and a small TV! We ask the exact time for the breakfast who suppose to be included in the price, and the owner says 9:30!!!!! Incredible, why not noon! At 7 in the morning I receive a phone call concerning our flight and we decided to leave immediately. I call that men from phone! and I woke up him! I say that we have to leave, he says that we can't because someone left the car in front the door and he has to repair the car! He asked us t wait 30 minutes! When we left without any breakfast or at least a cup of coffee but no offer, he asked us 1 euro for the taxes! Taxes already included on your price offer! You can't give to that Hotel an Exceptional recommandations, sorry. That was more a jail place! And the room was cold!

Accueil correct sur site, manque un peu de professionalisme sur l'accueil téléphonique. chambre spacieuse. Etat général bon, le jaccuzi non nettoyer (présence de sable au fond) et fonctionnement partiel, pas d'utilisation des bulles car risque de faire disjoncter. Petit déjeuner avec pains et viennoiseries, jus de pommes, quelques confitures maison, ainsi que proposition de fromages et jambon. Un espace salon dans l'ancien pressoir plutôt agréable avec la sauvegarde de la presse 👍 Dans l'ensemble cela reste convenable.

Une soirée en famille entre Noel et le jour de l'An avec température extérieure négative. L'accueil par Monsieur est à revoir : la manière de présenter les choses est trop "directe" et trop porté sur le "faites attention à ceci, je vous préviens, c'est horrible, ne faites pas de bruit, etc...". Nous ne sommes pas là pour recevoir des mises en garde alarmistes sur chaque sujet même si les consignes doivent bien entendu être données. La manière de présenter les choses, ça compte ! Regret : la salle du petit déjeuner, à l'emplacement de l'ancien pressoir, est fort agréable mais uniquement présenté pour cet usage et pas utilisable en salle commune le soir (ça va "forcément" faire du bruit pour les autres). Autre regret : le jacuzzi est réservé aux adultes. Nos filles ont du rester dans leurs chambres... Contrainte à faire évoluer d'autant qu'on n'a pas réussi à connaître la vraie raison de cette interdiction liée semble t'il aux "assurances". Accueil par Madame lors du petit déjeuner très agréable. Monsieur, planté dans un fauteuil mitoyen de notre table ou à un autre moment les pieds sur une chaise à une autre table de convives ! Ambiance détendue..peut être un peu trop...
