The villa was spotless, clean and tidy , they had lots of games for the kids, it is a very nice place to relax . We enjoyed a lot , we were three families the house was big for all of us.love the showers in the 4 bedrooms

Amazing family holiday
Beautiful home, plenty of space for everyone and very well equipped. As 3 generations of family, everyone from the youngest to the oldest had a wonderful holiday. Ideal location for the beaches and visiting the local area. Lots of bars and lovely restaurants nearby. Highly recommend

Villa 5* très bien équipée, au calme et très bien située ! Nous avons fait tous nos déplacements (marchés, plages, restos….) en vélos Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec décontraction et ont à cœur de satisfaire leurs hôtes ! Vacances familiales au top !

regroupement familiale en Charente
Très agréable région pour profiter pleinement du bord de mer tout proche très belle location 4* où tout est prévu pour satisfaire les vacanciers. Rien ne manquait même pas le soleil de ce mois d'avril. Cela nous a permis de profiter de la piscine chauffée. Très bon accueil des propriétaires

Une prestation de très grande qualité.
Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette très belle maison, toute neuve, très spacieuse et parfaitement fonctionnelle pour une grande famille. La maison est en tout point conforme aux photos affichées sur le site. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien agencées (avec salle de bain privative et dressing) , la literie est très bonne. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et vraiment très très bien équipée. Le salon est grand, les canapés et fauteuils sont très confortables. La piscine chauffée est très agréable, tout comme l'espace jardin et ses nombreux transats. Il y a un superbe barbecue à disposition. Les propriétaires sont tout à fait charmants, très disponibles et à l'écoute. Une prestation d'une très grande qualité !

Belles vacances en famille!
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. Points positifs : maison et équipements récents, piscine, environnement agréable et proche de la plage et des commerces, communication facile avec le propriétaire pour préparer notre arrivée. Points d’amélioration : pas de climatisation ni ventilateur très chaud pendant l’été, frais de ménage pour 1/2 journée ménage (n’incluant pas le nettoyage du barbecue obligatoire) élevé, propriétaires extrêmement méticuleux.

Spacieuse et confortable maison neuve dans quartier calme proche de la mer
Nous avons été accueillis de manière très sympathique. La maison se trouve dans un quartier calme. On peut se rendre à la plage en 5mn à pied et les commerces sont à 5mn en voiture. La maison est neuve, grande et confortable. Tout a été très bien pensé et rien ne manque. Toutes les chambres pour adultes donnent sur la piscine qui est chauffée. Les propriétaires ont été très flexibles pour faciliter notre départ de très bonne heure. Nous avons donc passé un très agréable séjour. Nous recommandons.
