The rooms have been updated but the property itself is average. It definitely needs a refresh. The staff was attentive but the food at the restaurant was mediocre at best. If the rooms had not been updated, maybe rating would be lower.

Our overall experience at the Hyatt was truly wonderful; however, there was one notable downside regarding the pool facilities. Unfortunately, the pool hours were quite limited, and upon our return to the hotel, we discovered that the pool was almost closed for the day. We only had about an hour to take advantage of the swimming area, but we felt somewhat uncomfortable during that time. The gentleman supervising the pool kept reminding us of the closing time and watched us closely, which made us feel pressured rather than relaxed. On a brighter note, we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy our room offered. It was spacious and inviting, allowing us to unwind completely. Additionally, having the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, along with a washer and dryer in the unit, added an extra layer of comfort to our stay, making it easy for us to prepare meals and manage our laundry effortlessly. Overall, despite the pool issue, our stay was quite enjoyable.

Most receptionists were kind. Other staff members are extremely nice. All good but did not get into the beach. There was foul smell on the left side of the beach and the property, seems like foul smelling water is pouring into the sea. Not sure if it was treated, but was smelling foul.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The staff were attentive and excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area is rather isolated and a car is recommended as Ubers can be expensive and not always available.

First I want to thank the staff for the amazing service and for going beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. My family and I had a blast at the resort, It exceeded my expectations. We felt very welcoming by the entire staff, from the front desk to the pool bar. We loved everything the resort offered. The view from our room was breathtaking!
