Staff: Like many hotels in Puerto Rico, the staff here are genuinely kind and welcoming. They’re friendly, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. Facility: This resort is a hidden gem, offering rooms with stunning views of the ocean, pool, and surrounding grounds. It features a vast array of oceanfront/poolside activities and recreational options for couples and families alike. While the resort grounds are beautifully maintained, the main guest parking lot is in serious need of repaving and currently lacks a direct path to the hotel. Rooms:The rooms are spacious and well-kept, with comfortable beds and pillows that made for restful nights. The sofas and seating are in great condition. However, some areas show signs of wear due to saltwater corrosion like the balcony railings need repainting, the shower head needs replacing. In addition, the floors felt gritty, likely from sand and humidity. Beach & Pool Area: The beach is just a short walk from the lobby and beautifully shaded by palm trees, with plenty of loungers available. The pool, hot tub, and play areas are conveniently located right outside the lobby. The landscaping throughout the property is artfully done, creating a tranquil, paradise-like atmosphere. Final Thoughts: Hyatt Vacation Club is definitely a keeper!

Staff was very courteous and always willing to help. The apartment was wonderful with a great view of the ocean. I would recommend renting a car as you are away from grocery stores and activities. Lounge chairs were always available as well as umbrellas. This was in October so there were not many people at the resort. Lots of games for the entire family and couples as well as daily activities.

Very nice property. It was clean and felt safe. Staff was excellent. Pool area was inviting. Quiet private beach. Nice ocean view from room balcony. The only negative is only one dining option onsite which is located near the beach and outside. It was not a problem for us as we were out touring the island daily and had most meals offsite. Would stay again.

I want to thank all the staff front desk to housekeeping they are all approachable and well attended to guests needs. But I want to thank Julio Santiago from the security department who helped me resolve my issues with the car . I thought the rental car I had was stolen but br side of Julio’s knowledge of how to handle and know what to do everything done and resolved calmly . He is very approachable and helped to calm down he helped me up to the end . He’s the kind of employee worth to keep in this organization.

Great property. Loved mostly everything with the exception of parking. As a guest I was told I needed to park in a lot across from property parking (which I did). Convenient parking was for members only, guest are to park where employee parking is. This is an unlit, unattended parking lot, unkept with dirt, huge pot holes and a bit of a walk. In the evening it was unsafe in pitch darkness. I will not be staying there again. Do better with the property upkeep and making your guests feel welcomed, secure and appreciated. As a guest you pay for a 30.00 plus tax resort fee you should be allowed to park were it's convenient as a guest and made to feel less of a person because you are not a member. Do better for future guests.
