Very nice beach, pool, clean. Anything you forgot they will provide (deodorant, toothbrush, slippers,) they have coffee maker & washer dryer with laundry detergent included. Will be going back.

Staff friendly and very helpful where they could be, but now i had ants in my room in the sink, night stand, and on the bed. Staff said they would send someone to spray because no other rooms available i agreed but it didn't work i even extended my stay an extra day but had to check out early cause ants came back, i shower staff videos and everything nothing was suggested or offered i decided to request a refund and was denied this is unacceptable. And going to request it from my bank.

The property was closing on the day we were checking out which was fine but that should have been noted when I initially booked. It was like a ghost town. No activities, the SINGLE ONE bar that is on the property is just mediocre. There’s no spa , the hot tub was full of debris and there was no room service while we were there. Not a good experience at all. I will not stay there again and won’t recommend
