I really enjoyed this hotel. I’ve stood here twice so far and each time has been great. I loved the room each stay. We had to checked in after desk hours our last stay because our flight delayed and check in was easy. There are plenty of things to do at the hotel. The beach was amazing. Communication is very clear throughout text which I love. Checkout outside of desk hours is easy as well. Just send a text :)

It was my first time in Puerto Rico so I do not have another experience so I can compare, but the hotel is renovated, clean, the staff very courteous, nice beach andI forgot to mention the restaurant it's awesome. Excellent food for a small on premise restaurant! Everything we tried was delicious and fresh (we were a group of 10 adults and 20 kids, eating every day something else)

Excellent customer service. Whenever I texted the front desk with a request for blankets or towels, the turnaround was super fast. We were a family of 4 in a regular room. Next time we would get a one bedroom. There was also washer/dryer right next there to each room. Great experience overall.

Beautiful Hyatt property. Enjoyed our stay. Want to give a shoutout to the housekeeping crew. Very prompt with anything we needed just by sending a text and a follow up checking if we received the items. Mahi Mahi grill was good, but would have preferred more restaurant options without leaving the property. There was construction next door but did not bother us. Views of the ocean were beautiful. A spa on the property would also be a nice addition.
