Between Expedia and the Hotel I was not able to get my airport shuttle service arranged.
I booked an extra night at the hotel specifically because the of the airport shuttle service advertised on this site.
It said that he hotel need to be contacted to arrange the service.
Several phone call to Expedia and Customer Service Representatives' calls to hotel. Each time the response was "call back later" and the CSR told me you can schedule when you arrive...
When I landed, I found out that I could not schedule a shuttle. When I checked in after a 72 euro taxi I was told "we've never had an airport shuttle, we've never done that, and it shouldn't be on the site."
So, long story short. I paid for the more expensive room just because they offered a shuttle, but they didn't have the shuttle so I paid extra from the room and the taxi.
But it was a nice place to stay, good breakfast, and otherwise pleasant surroundings. I learned my lesson, don't use Expedia after this trip. But, I'm not sure how the airport shuttle service that has never existed ended up on their website.
