A great property. Rooms are a bit older but the location is great! The staff is very helpful and will hold your bags for you until check in if you arrive early. Breakfast included is a nice touch as well. Rooms have AC :)

The property was a short walk from the train station. We arrived too early to check in but were able to leave our bags and then sightseeing before checking in. The staff was friendly. We checked in at the hotel across from our hotel. Good selections for breakfast. We stayed in a triple room. Our room was spacious and clean. No elevator but we stayed on 2nd level and that was not a problem. We feel that we made the good decision to stay outside and close to the station because we saw many people struggle with their bags/suitcases trying to reach their hotel.

Really located right next to the train station and it’s 3 minutes walking distance. The bedding is clean. We had a sofa bed and it can sleep 4 people in one room. It’s a bit tight. But if you are a family, it’s ok:). The breakfast is good and healthy. It would be great if they offer a couple of water for the first stay. It’s hot and we didn’t have water with us! I will recommend this place to friends and can stay here again in the future. But my last visit was 23 years ago:). In general, it’s a good place to stay. Thank you to the friendly staff!!

Location is convenient, walking distance from train . The room was dark , the shower didn’t drain and beds were like sleeping on the ground so hard . It’s an old building so the issues mentioned are consistent with age but I’d say it was just ok.

Excellent location;only 3-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia train station. Only 8 mins walks to the Bus Stop to the VCE airport. We will stay here if we visit Venice again.
