Rooms are so big and nice. They have big Sofa which is very comfortable for reading and lay down and relax. Hotel 2 minute away from gondolas ride and walking area.

Our family room was in the annex building around the corner from the main building. It was dark and depressing with low ceilings, small windows. The breakfast buffet was good, with eggs, sausages, bacon, cold cuts, a variety of pastries, fresh fruit salad, yogurts and cheeses. The front desk was very helpful.

I chose this property because I liked the idea of the small terrace/balcony. The pictures were proven correct, that it was smart and stylish without the over the top Venetian decor of some other hotels. Plenary of space in the room and in reception. Zircon in the room was vital. An excellent breakfast with attentive and helpful ladies looking after us. Good value for money and an excellent stay.

Great location 2 minutes from alilaguna boat from airport. Close to waterfront, St. Marks, restaurants and shops. Lots of locals around so you know its a good area. Tony on Reception was lovely with a warm and welcoming attitude. Always remembered our Room number from Day 1, nothing was too much trouble. The bar is not manned and although Reception would get us a drink when asked, it wasnt 24hrs. Good size room, comfy beds, amazing Murano glass chandelier, terrace over courtyard.
