We had a wonderful day at this property. The hospitality was above and beyond anywhere else that we stayed on our 17 days of travel. Marica and front desk staff were really good at understanding what we wanted to do and would jump to help sometimes even before we would ask.

The hotel is literally on the Grand Canal. The included breakfast is excellent. We chose the location because it was both quintessential Venice and close to the railway station. Our room was not inexpensive but three of us slept comfortably in a small suite and woke up to walk outside and watch the sunrise over the Grand Canal.
