Amazing property in an incredible location. We were in the heart of Venice but in a secluded courtyard. Wonderful views and the communication with the staff beforehand via WhatsApp was brilliant. Highly recommend.

The staff are helpful. We arrived early and they offered us coffees when recepting us. The room is also upgraded and is very spacious and nice. WiFi is also very fast. The only small issue is the ventilation of the washroom is not very efficient.

Property was in great walking location to all the sites in Venice. It was clean and well maintained. Only challenge was carrying up all of Family's luggage 3 stories, but was a great workout :)

The team at Palazzo San Lucas were so accommodating! They found us a ground floor suite when we stupidly over packed (pro tip: don't do that), provided complementary wine for our arrival and answered a ton of questions, super responsive and helpful! They even booked us a water taxi to the train station, a perfect ending to our whirlwind tour of beautiful Venice!

Fue espectacular, desde el servicio en el momento que llegamos, nos llevaron personalmente al apartamento, nos ayudaron con las maletas, nos explicaron todo y hasta nos recomendaron sitios para comer. El apartamento estaba a otro nivel, bello, limpio, centrico, con unas vistas preciosas, me hubiese querido quedar mas tiempo y definitivamente cuando regrese, aqui es que queremos volver!!!!

Beautiful Apartment
The room was a very nice appartment on top floor. It was very clean and had a very nice rooftop patio. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything with everything and i could not have asked for better. Location was very good and close to many of the main attractions.

The concierge was incredibly helpful from arrival to departure. He helped us navigate by water bus to the hotel and arranged a water taxi for departure to the airport. Our apartment was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning after a day of exploration was greatly appreciated.

The apartment was beautiful and full of history and charm. The views were amazing and the air conditioning was much appreciated after climbing the stairs! The staff welcomed us with a delicious glass of wine and offered help with our luggage. Overall, we had an amazing day in Venice!
