This large and bright apartment is located in a residential area of Venice, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the city like a true Venetian, and thanks to the outdoor space it will allow you to enjoy the warm sunny days in the privacy of your home.

The apartment is spread over three levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is cared for in every detail and finely furnished and has a private lift to comfortably reach the upper floor of the house. With underfloor heating, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, unlimited Wi-Fi, hair dryer, TV, electric mosquito repellent devices, iron as well as all the appliances in the kitchen, it will allow you to feel at home but in a unique setting like that of Venice.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor there is another living room with a large kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and on the top floor, accessible only by stairs, there is an attic room with a double sofa bed and a desk.

Only 10 minutes from the Santa Lucia train station, you will be in one of the areas with the best wine bars and taverns, Fondamenta Dei Ormesini and Misericordia. Furthermore, just 5 minutes away, you can reach the Jewish Ghetto and 50m away there is a large supermarket.

Check-in is possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required. Pets are not allowed.
