Boat & Bed & Breakfast unique experience
Original hotel cancelled, so booked this one last minute. Breakfast included warm croissants with chocolate, as well as juice and an asortment of cereals. Room was single bunks in 60 square feet including bathroom, but was the last available. Walls are thin, you can hear everything. There were issues with the price between the website and the owner, which is not acceptable and very uncomfortable.

Quirky and fun, not high on luxury though!
This was a really interesting place to stay. I went with my 12 year old and she was DELIGHTED with being on a boat. The views are fantastic and we loved the area. It's a 5 minute walk to the vaporetto stop and then from there you can get anywhere you want. We had 2 day travel cards so hopped on and off these waterbuses all day. In the evenings we would take the boat straight across to Lido to eat as it was good value for money over there and only a few minutes on the boat. We thought breakfast was really good, especially considering we were on a boat! Cereals and bread and jam. Fresh croissants from the oven. Fresh coffee and hot milk. Yoghurt and pieces of fruit such as oranges and apples. There were also biscuits and juice. On the downside the cabins are tiny so you really can only have hand luggage with you. The ensuite is a toilet and sink and the floor is slatted so you shower by pulling out the sink tap and showering there hence the ensuite is pretty wet and smells a bit musty. You can't flush toilet paper away and instead have to put it in a bin which is emptied in the morning! You pay 3 euro per person per day cleaning and the young girl really does clean very thoroughly each day. Check-in is 16.00, we arrived at 15.30 and had no problem checking in. Staff were very nice and have basic English. My daughter and I stayed 2 nights at 99 euro per night and were glad we'd picked it - quirky and fun!

The boat was lovely to look at and the communal areas nice, but the cabin was far too small and it was almost impossible, and in fact dangerous, to climb up to the top bunk and attempt to climb down. No attempt was made to clean or tidy our room and the breakfast, although adequate was casually laid out and the tables and communal areas were not cleaned of crumbs each day. There was rarely any still water to drink

The boat was fun to stay on and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The only down side was it was hard to find.

Don't do it
Please, do not stay here! My daughter's ring "disappeared" 5 minutes after checkout when she ran back for it. We knew we were going to arrive late and called the local number listed & informed the owner. The information was not relayed. We were yelled at upon our arrival by the staff member and threatened with a late arrival charge. We were charged a $6/day cleaning charge not listed anywhere. The same employee who claimed to have "stayed late" to check us in proceeded to grab a bottle of wine, went to the front of boat and drank with 2 young female guests. The same employee was up at 3 Am yelling into his phone, I had to get up and ask him to lower his voice. This was met with a hostile stare. He only moved when I sat down for several minutes. The cooling system did not work in our cabin. The one in the hallway was dripping into a bucket. We opened the porthole, were eaten by mosquitos. The next morning, we heard the same complaint from another guest. The boat is much farther from the water taxi landing as listed. When we arrived at 10 Pm the marina was deserted. We wandered around a while until found a tiny sign on an electrical box.

Nice yacht with great views
This was a clean and comfortable yacht with impressive panoramic views over the marina and beyond into the city. The crew were helpful and accommodating to my needs and there were no difficulties.

Perfekt beliggenhed tæt ved Biennalen. Rent og nydeligt værelse med den helt rigtige skibsstemning. Glimrende, simpel morgenmad - god kaffe. Har helt sikkert fået et nyt yndlingsovernatningssted i Venedig.

Die Kabine war feucht und schimmlig, es tropfte von der Decke und roch dementsprechend. Matratze usw fühlte sich dementsprechend an. Boot lag in ruhiger Gegend, das war das gut. Für den Preis nicht zu empfehlen!

Expérience originale.
Bonne expérience de dormir sur un bateau malgré quelques réserves : peu d'intimité dans la cabine, car mur très fin (prévoir bouchon d'oreilles). Beaucoup d'humidité et infiltrations d'eau dans la salle de bain... et des petites bêtes qui arrivaient de la cale quand nous avons mis du chauffage. Petit déjeuner correct. A faire pour une ou deux nuits pas plus. Personnel aimable.

mooie ligging, slecht vindbaar
we hebben 3 uur gezocht omdat google maps via expedia een andere locatie aangaf. iedereen onderweg wees ons naar de verkeerde plek. het adres was zeer onduidelijk, niemand had van die straat gehoord (hij bestond ook niet). net op het moment dat we het opgaven wist iemand toch wel waar de boot was en bracht ons erheen, helemaal achteraf op het water, wat we zelf nooit hadden gevonden, er stonden geen bordjes. het personeel was wat ongeinteresseerd, sprak slecht engels en begreep daarom niet wat ons probleem was en het maakte ze ook weinig uit. de boot ligt op een prachtige locatie, ziet er leuk uit, maar de kamers zijn wel heel erg klein. de douche gaf bij ons enkel koud water.

Très belle expérience, malgré quelques petits bémols:la chambre est très petite mais cela, on s'y attend, par contre les murs sont très fins et on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les chambres voisines. Le quartier est très agréable quoi que un peu trop excentré.

Budget moist cabin, but still in Venice
When in Venice, you should stay in the island(s) Venice. This boat is an okay budget stay if you can stand a small and moist cabin. There is a toilet/shower area in the cabin that works okay. The area is a bit off, but it's close to the vaporetto station St. Elena. The boat is located behind the church St. Elena in the guest harbor. Breakfast was a bit on the sweet side, but the smell of newly warmed croissant has its charm. The staff was friendly, but it was a bit difficult to communicate at times. The wifi worked on and off.

Nicht noch einmal.
Hotelbetreiber konnte nur Italienisch, kein bisschen Englisch. Irgendwelche Informationen von Ihm zu bekommen war daher sehr schwer bis unmöglich. Dusche --> man sollte wissen, dass man sich mit dem Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens duschen muss. Duschkabine nicht vorhanden. Auf dem Boot hat es unangenehm gerochen. Die Ablagefläche, auf der das Frühstücks-Buffet aufgebaut war, war ganz klebrig --> nicht gereinigt.

ci siamo recati a Venezia per un week end, su expedia abbiamo trovato questa news. la barca si trova in un porto privato molto tranquillo nella zona più verde di Venezia. da provare sicuramente dopo una giornata caotica in centro, è una vera oasi.

Sistemazione originale e romantica
La sistemazione è originale e molto romantica, l'ideale se si cerca qualcosa di non convenzionale. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono molto piccole ma è comprensibile trattandosi di un imbarcazione. L'unico punto a sfavore è la posizione, molto fuori mano, ma per il prezzo che si paga, non si può chiedere di più.
