Terrible customer service. , its sat out in the sticks a bit with very limited public transport to major places.
Booked into this hotel because of the good reviews online, we arrived the woman on the front desk wasn't helpful at all, we asked about transport to Venice, which she answered get a taxi to the nearest town and a train from there. cost us 50 euros just to travel 9 miles from the airport, I wouldn't like to think how much we would of spent over the 4 days on taxis
we couldn't get into out room until 14:00 which was fine , but there was no welcome at all, we did ask if we could leave our bags in a secure place to walk around to see what the local area is like, which they agreed to, on our return, the lady was on her mobile phone on the front desk who didn't even bother to look up, we noticed our bags in a room which was unsecured, so we left, again she didn't even look up from her phone walking straight past her.
Luckily they take payment on departure, otherwise I would of asked for a refund anyway, on our return to England, they emailed me to demand full payment and credit card details!! and stated we had stayed there for 3 nights, weird as we had booked into another hotel straight after. Nice scam they tried to pull.
Ok, I can't be harsh about the rooms because we didn't stay in the hotel in the end, but what I can tell you.
Poor customer Service.
