the nicest hotel in Ventura , best staff ever!! Beautiful and so many perks from the view to the outdoor fireplace to the one block walk to get to restaurants , stores, and bars on main street . Will definitely stay again.

Historic gem by the sea
The hotel was amazing, upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Jon at the front desk, Collin handled our bags and we had a gorgeous historical room. We left for a bit and returned to complimentary sweets and extra water, the bed was so comfortable and the hotel smelled amazing. we had the privilege of meeting the owner after check out and he gave us a tour of the hotel, it was built in the 1920s and was fully restored with an additional wing just over a year ago, the hotel was in terrible disrepair just before the renovations and it has been restored to its former glory, the room we stayed in was original to the building and the hotel just got it’s liquor license approved so it will also include a new bar and restaurant next year. We look forward to returning and seeing the new additions in the near future.

We only stayed one night but next time we’ll stay a few more. The remodel and repurpose of this old Elks club came out great. The patio and courtyard areas were cozy with plenty of seating. Many restaurants just a short walk from the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and was thoroughly impressed. The property was immaculate, with every detail attended to meticulously. The customer service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel has an amazing scent throughout the hotel that was delightful. What a find! It was a former Elks Lodge that has been beautifully restored. Rooms are very well appointed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We hope to return someday and spend more time there.

The hotel was great! It’s a beautiful boutique type hotel located in an amazing building with alot of fun history. The staff was always helpful, pleasant and anticipated our needs. The location was perfect. A nice and easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

The property is beautiful!! The room was so cozy and extremely clean!! The bed and pillows are so very comfortable. ALL of the staff was so very kind and helpful. After going out for an evening, it was so nice to come back to cold water bottles on the night stand and some chocolate covered nuts as a nice snack. 10/10 we will definitely be back
