Older motel under remodel so hard to judge, our room was excellent and updated. Very comfortable and nice. The property is older being taken care of. I see great potential here. We had an excellent stay, no complaints.

Looks like the start of a bad movie
It looks sketchy as you drive up. That was concerning, but overall my stay was pretty good. Rooms were pretty clean but the b3d was uncomfortable and lumpy. Not bad for the price and location but overall ok.

Family owned, safe and well cared for property in a convenient location. They are improving the place now and I bet it will be even better soon and I would I return. Comfortable bed, pillows, and linens, nice remodeled shower and bathroom. Room has good sound insulation to outside. And you don't hear neighbors. Simple motel room, so no amenities like coffee, tea, or microwave or fridge. No lounge or seating area outside. But I bet they may add those in the future. This is a comfortable, clean place to rest and recover from travel, with everything you need nearby.

The rooms look very modern and very comfortable to be in the colors. The decorations in the room and bathroom very nice especially for this price. You can’t find a better deal in Ventura.

Always a great stay. Rooms are clean and recently remodeled. Rooms have sound dampening to reduce noise. Nice large HDTV with good internet. Bathrooms and shower are also nice. Staff is also always very nice

The room has recently been updated with high end finishes. The bathroom was also updated and had a walk in shower. It was a very nice room! The staff were helpful and professional!

A good location in Ventura not far from downtown. The room was clean, it seemed recently renovated, with a comfortable bed and a strong shower. The manager was friendly and very attentive to guests. For the price this motel is a fantastic deal!

This motel was exactly as advertised. Has been updated is fresh and clean. Room is warm and calming and necessary items are there. Check in and out was a breeze. Staff were proficient and welcoming. Note there is no micro, coffee pot or fridge, but this did not impact our view of the motel. Would stay here again
