The complex has two beautiful pools and two paddling pools for small children (with salt water). In summer, all swimming pools are accessible 24 hours a day from May 31 to October 31. In winter, only one swimming pool remains open and accessible. Bikes can also be rented on the complex.
The apartment also has private parking in the basement (ideal during summer heat).
If you come without a car, you can find small shops, restaurants and shops within 300 meters. In addition, a regular bus service exists nearby allowing you to get closer to a range of activities such as: restaurants, shops, various marina, the aquatic park of Vera, a Karting site, sports centers. , swimming pool, tennis and other activities, ... all very easy to access.
