Vivimos la experiencia de un temblor en nuestra estadia pero el hotel no tiene ninguna alarma sísmica o punto de reunion, ya en el lobby tampoco había quien nos informara de algún protocolo. Sería bueno que tengan la información impresa y puesta en pasillo o habitación.

Centrally located
Centrally located within walking distance to a lot of attractions in central Veracruz. I will avoid the restaurant since the majority of the servers have a bad attitude. The hotel is in need of a major renovation.

Handy for ADO but pick room with care
Right next to ADO and about 30 minutes walk to the centre. The trade off for the conveniences of ADO is noise from the bus station. My room looked right on it and I had noise all night. A room overlooking the car park would have been quieter. Free water refill and good wifi. Hotel went out of its way to facilitate early check-in. Excellent.

Terrible hotel.Was not the one we booked on Expedia so we had to switch hotels.Hotel is nothing like pictures.We checked in and immediately checked out.Sliding door would not lock and room was small,dark,and dirty.We checked into another and paid extra for it.Expedia would not admit their error in hotel selection and would not refund cost of hotel.Would not recommend Expedia.Terrible customer service.
