Issue after issue
Our stay was issue after issue; I had booked a suite; received one on the third floor, lots of running in the hallways; I get it busy weekend but when you try to ask the parents of the children to be respectful of others stay - the one mother was extremely rude, talk to the front desk - he was working by himself, the sports group was rude to him as well. What are the policies then of disrupting other guests? Running and screaming in the halls is not acceptable. The guy at the front desk was very very nice to me but he’s one person and I don’t know what his process is. Then in our room we found some sexual items in our night stand, front desk came up and cleaned the area Then our drain for the tub didn’t work/plug (large soaker tub) the front desk moved our room. The tub was better but was still draining just at a slower rate. I mention to the front desk at check out about my stay. Again she was very sweet and kind but couldn’t really offer and satisfactory compensation. Honestly even a Tim’s gift card or something to apologize for the horrific stay. Anyways I don’t think we will be back.

I would appreciate a room on the top floor. The person above me was up at 3 am and I could hear them walking back and forth. Doors were banging early as well, I believe there are workers that are going to work early. I do sleep with the fan on but it wasn't enough to drown out the noise.Every time I am in LLoyd I stay at the Meridian

Lloydminster Meridian Inn
The room was clean and tidy. The desk receptionist was very friendly as was the person when we were checking out. This hotel room was very good value for the money along with the breakfast.

Everything was cheap as possible and not wearing well. Grout in bathroom was black, you could see by wall it should be beige. Had shampoo, but no conditioner.

Everything was very good overall. The front desk workers were very friendly. I felt I needed to give 4 stars because we arrived at the hotel at 11:30pm and right away jumped in the shower. Got out of the shower and there was no towels in the room anywhere. I dried off with a face cloth.

Heater was very noisy during night but it was set back from traffic so that part was nice and quiet. The dresser drawers kept opening up after we closed them not sure if room wasnt level? It was a saturday and breakfast was only on till 9am a little early as most places are till 10 on weekends.

The tub surround grout in the corner was dirty. I was able to clean it off with a washcloth so it wasn’t stained. I also notices around the base of the faucet and spout could use a clean. I was very bothered by the very large weeds growing in the front beds. You couldn’t even see the shrubs for the large weeds.

The good…. It is a newer hotel that has big nice rooms. Has satellite tv, which was nice. The bad…. the breakfast was terrible, not fresh and minimal options, staff weren’t very friendly, they do not clean the rooms very well. Everything could use a good deep clean.
