I stayed in Verona from July 20th to the 22st, the flat was good and well located. However, not everything went well. First, I only received the address the night before I arrived – which would be ok, if the manager hadn’t emailed me the wrong address...When I got to the place and saw something was wrong, I called her by whatsapp, she didn’t answer and texted back complaining that it was too early in the morning. On our last day, the manager met us at the flat to receive the keys and complained that we turned on the air conditioner too cold, which would cause a high energy bill. This is absurd, ridiculous! It was hot as hell outside, there was only one air conditioner in the place – and it was not in the bedroom – how were we supposed to sleep!? Besides, I don’t think the guests should be harassed with this kind of issue, after all the costs with electricity are included in the daily rate paid.
