A True 5 Star Rental
We’ve stayed in at least a dozen VRBO homes through the years … Wyoming, South Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and multiple places in Maine and Vermont. All were very nice. But seriously, this home topped them all. Location? Fabulous. Close to everything we wanted to do yet extremely private and in a gated community. We had 7 adults and 3 children, and there was ample room in all areas for everyone. It was spotless, and it is stocked with everything you can think of and then some. Large master suites plus the bunkhouse was perfect for the kids and their parents. It too had a kitchenette and bathroom. The kids ran around in the woods outside and enjoyed the fire pit several times. We were there during peak leaf season in late October, and it feels like you’re in a treehouse when sitting in the main living area or on any of the large back decks. Communication with the property manager was always prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. We all felt it was worth the price and will definitely rebook should we want to visit this part of West Virginia again!

We were thrilled with the location for this VRBO for Bridge Day but even more for the design, comfort, layout and attention to details that this home had to offer! Truly a gem and HIGHLY recommend if looking for a place to stay in the area. Beautiful setting and loved the separation of the bunkhouse (2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom) from the main house (2 primary suites). The teens loved having their own space!!

Perfect WV Getaway
The Tree House is hands-down the best VRBO I’ve stayed at. Every member of our family of 5 adults & 2 children enjoyed our stay. The 2 buildings were perfect for our group; the older ones stayed in the main house while the bungalow was perfect for the family with the children. The separate quarters allowed for the littles to get to sleep without the older ones waking them up. The living quarters were tastefully & comfortably decorated. It was warm for our early October visit, so we used the beautiful gas fireplace sparingly, but it added ambience to the living room. The entire house was very clean. The kitchen was completely appointed with up-to-date appliances, plenty of silverware and utensils, dishware (even kid plates) and ample glasses, wines, cups and linens. The coffee bar was great for single serves or a pot of coffee. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and well equipped. The bathrooms were clean and having the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied was a thoughtful add. The outside areas were very nice; we enjoyed sitting on the decks, reading & relaxing. The swinging outdoor daybed was perfect for afternoon catnaps. The hot tub was clean & easy to use; it felt good after a hike in the park. We also enjoyed using the fire pit where we roasted marshmallows. While preparing for the fire, we even saw a deer by the pond! Communications with Wendy were perfect. She went so far as to retrieve some forgotten items for us! We appreciated her 100%!

Wonderful rental
This rental was perfect. It was immaculate, beautiful woods views, equipped with everything we needed, and located right on the New River Gorge close to hiking and outdoor activities. There was a network of hiking trails around the development and we hiked to the end where there was a firepit and a beautiful view of the gorge.

Wonderful house
Our family really enjoyed this house. Lots of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The pictures do not do justice to the sleeping porch or quality of the workmanship in the home. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of nice hospitality touches.

BEAUTIFUL home in a perfect location!
I took my family of 5 to stay in the Tree House while we visited the National Park. This home offers plenty of room for small and large groups. It was perfect for us! Very clean with top-notch appliances and amenities. Property manager was wonderful and has a very quick response time to answer any questions. (Thank you!) A 5 or 6-minute drive from the home will get you to the National Park's visitor's center. There is just so much to do in the town of Fayetteville! So sad we had to return home. We are hoping to rebook for another vacation soon!

THE Tree House is THE place
Beautifully appointed house/cabin! LOVE the design and flow of the home (two actually). The kids had their own space in the separate attachment via decking. The daybed on the porch was a fave amongst all the kids. Decks for miles. Great fire pit space. Hot tub was nice (definitely smelled the chlorine, but I prefer that to bacteria lol). Kitchen, dining, living space was great for us 10. Separate masters were super roomy for two couples. Found a yellow jacket nest (painfully) and the property manager came and took care of it ASAP. Super nice! Decor is very tasteful and serene, not too campy. Location was SUPER convenient to all the areas we were heading. This is a costly rental, but we were VERY happy and pleased with it!

Forest Gem
The Tree House is a perfect forest retreat for an extended family or friends. The combined main house and bunk house are well designed for privacy, yet share an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The decks and two screened in porches are delightful. The house was well stocked, clean, bright, and attractive.The property is completely wooded, quiet, private and accessible. We would highly recommend.

Mountain Paradise!
Our professional association rented the Treehouse for an Executive Board Retreat and it was absolutely incredible and perfect in every way! It is well equipped to accommodate all of your needs and provides such a beautiful getaway. The house is beautifully designed and decorated, so we had the pleasure of the words/mountain scenery, with a luxury home. Could not have been happier with The Treehouse and the very accommodating owners. We hope to return one day.
