It’s newer and modern, and it’s a nice neighbourhood. The bathroom and bed linens are clean. The kitchen utensils and kitchen towels weren’t very clean, the microwave didn’t work, the a/c cannot be controlled by the suite, and the hairdryer was just plain absent. Host was nice and courteous.
