Was very clean, nice Reno’s attempted and friendly staff. Elevators were a hassle as the staff were moving chairs up floors and monopolizing them. I’m fine with stairs but we have a baby and with that and a road trip comes lots of supplies. We had a cart to bring the stuff from vehicle to the room and had to ask staff to stop over riding our floor so we could get our luggage etc out. It took over 20 mins to go down a floor.

It was an overall wonderful experience. The staff were great, and we loved the fact that it had the Optimist Lounge ( I think that's what it's called). We had our 9-month-old with us; it was a great space to let him crawl around and interact with people. Such a fun detail at a smaller hotel. We will definitely be going back to The Vic! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
