I saw the previous good reviews on the California Inn and needed to find a place to stay for the night pretty quickly due to car issues. The California Inn did not disappoint with a good rate for the Barstow area, a lovely, clean place to stay with a complimentary full breakfast in the morning. Very happy for my decision on the hotel selection.

On a choisi cet hôtel pour une nuit car il est très bien situé sur la route 66, on partait pour Las Vegas et c’était un bon deal afin de nous éviter de faire une longue route. Sincèrement pour une étape, c’est très correct, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin que ce soit pour la salle de bain que pour le petit-déjeuner. Pour le confort j’ai mis 4 car la climatisation est très bruyante et on ne pouvait pas l’arrêter à cause de la canicule!

The room was great and the pool was fantastic. The breakfast was OK, but that was only a minor complaint. The area is abit noisy, but not too bad. Overall and excellent place to stay.
