My stay was marred by 2 issues one of which was instigated by Hotel.com, the first was the fact that on booking I started my booking on your site by clicking on Duplex Superior room, I always trave Trivago in the best possible way, to cut a long story short it was a Duplex room that I wanted and I ended up in a Standard room, I phone your indian call centre of which i did not enjoy the experience who reminded me that I should have read the confirmation as it says standard room booked, she was right so i could take it no further, but if thats right a room on the night was £105 take that from £149 that leaves £44 (62 E) for a buffet meal only which i ridiculous for a buffet meal in Spain, and it was a very poor meal, my only satisfaction I get is to say I will never ever use Hotel.com and its Indian cll service again, disgraceful.
