Very helpful staff and room kept clean. Room excellent but only issue is why toilet in separate room with no sink for washing hands? The shower and sink are in one room, but toilet in another - from hygiene standpoint not best set up. Other than thst fine place.

It was a wonderful and beautiful hotel, the room was amazing the only downside is that the AC didn’t really cool the room down (even set at the lowest temperature) but overall it was amazing!!!

This little boutique hotel was lovely. Extremely sound proof never heard a sound. Loved the design of the elevator and all the spa smells around the inside of the hotel. Very close to everything you need to get too. An absolute ideal location. The pillows were lovely we never had an issue with them at all. The room was spacious and we had some good sleeps on that bed. Front desk, cleaning staff were all very friendly. It’s also right by the metro.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a family of 4. Room was adequate but bathroom had walk in shower with glass door so no privacy or partial sharing. Shower not enclosed well and made half of the bathroom wet (and therefore slippery). Also, I made sure to contact the hotel several months ahead of time to inquire about parking. Upon checking in, I specifically showed the location of the address of the parking garage to the person checking us in. He said it was correct and said there was an easier way to get there. Those directions didn’t work out and spent 7 mins driving instead of the 3 mins Google Maps suggested. When trying to check out, there were 3 trips back to the hotel and to find out we had parked at a different garage than where we had paid 011 Hotel for. We got our money back from the hotel, paid the actual garage where our car was, and lost 75 mins in the process. Out of 5 hotels on this trip, this was my least favourite.
