My son and I really enjoyed our stay! We appreciated how close it was (two blocks) from the Taborstraße subway stop. It was also just a 15 minute stroll into the city (Stephensplatz). The hotel lobby is LOVELY and our room was fantastic! Lots of room and it was very comfortable. We saw a couple of negative reviews but decided to book anyway, and I'm so glad we did. The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Check in and check out were easy and they happily kept our luggage until our room was ready at check in (we arrived hours early) and until we needed to go to the airport at check out. We would absolutely stay here again and found it an excellent location : quieter than the city center but easily navigated! For anyone it would impact positively: Several kosher restaurants are very close by. There are also grocery shops within two blocks.

Fantastic location, close to the city center. It gives a glimpse of real Viennese life, not just the tourist spots. Our room was spacious, the bed was cozy, and everything was spotless. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, die Lage ist sehr Zentral (man erreicht die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß), das PErsonal war sehr freundlich und Unser Zimmer war sehr Groß. Das Hotel wird von einerFamilie betrieben und das erkennt man auch im netten service.

Enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was large with two queen size beds. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was a little off the beaten path but we managed the public transportation system and spent our days exploring Vienna. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was very disappointed to find out that the actual room doesn't look anything at all like the photos. Our room was comfortable enough but it was a little too small to move easily, and the sofa/bed for my daughter once opened blocked all passage. Also, the cleanliness wasn't good. The staff was not rude, let's say, but not very welcoming either. The location is well served by a tram, but in general I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to downtown. Our room was spacious with a stylish design. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The reception is open 24/7 so we could check in late at night. After checking out we were able to store our luggage at the reception. The wifii was strong and reliable.

Wonderful Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at the Florum Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a single room with a balcony that had a stunning view of the city. The bed was very comfortableand the reception is open all the time. The location was fantastic you can reach all the main sights within a few minutes' walk. there are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the little market was especially lovely.

I've stayed for two nights and it was not the best. heating in room didn't work the entire time, and staff said they'll take a look and either didn't or didn't change anything, or said that's just the way it is and have another blanket. this was when it was -5 degrees outside. walls are super thin, and I could literally hear the family next door shouting and snoring. certain rooms are also close to the kitchen and you hear all the dishes being washed like it was in your room. for the price, it's not worth it. if you get a deal for 50€ a night maybe then it's going to be worth it.

Pretty good.
The corridors were a bit glum, and the room didn't have a "do not disturb" sign, but it was clean, provided a tea set, a TV with access to Netflix and Amazon, a desk to do my work, and the bathroom was clean and tidy with fresh towels every day. The location is great. We thought we were just booking a cheap hotel to stay a few days, and we were pleasantly surprised. Value for money.

Amazing hotel! It’s very centrally located, and you can reach the downtown area within a few minutes on foot. we were able to check in early in the morning for free. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center, which is just a 10-minute walk away. There's also an underground station nearby, making it easy to get around. We had a wonderful stay at the florum hotel. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is close to the city center, only a 10-minute walk to downtown. Breakfast was tasty, and we were able to check in early without any extra fees.
