Check in was smooth and quick, one of the keys did not work, it was attended to promptly. Bath supplies, (lotion),was running low, I had my own fortunately and my own toothpaste. Minor things but not terrible, the sheets did not smell clean but we were only there for 2 nights, so it did not matter much. A good stay nevertheless.

our room was right next door to the elevator and was horribly noisy. The front desk was out of ear plugs. There were a lot of hidden costs - Expensive breakfast, $15 for parking, pet fee. Just disappointing overall.

Hotel overall was clean. Rooms were decent.parking was a little difficult. Staff is unbelievably rude and difficult. Walked in on a staff member female Indian descent terribly rude to another customer, in front of other customers. When I called down that same Indian women was incredibly rude towards me asking for something so simple. Get rid of her !! I wouldn’t be surprised if more reviews of her service pops up
