We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of choices and excellent bread. The room was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient with a few minutes walk from the central station.

I love the ambiance of this hotel. Very cutesy and the staff are so nice and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the train station. It's a good option when you don't want to be away from the airport.

Room was well laid out, shower had ample hot water and excellent pressure. Bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains. It does have one small round table, which worked fine for my needs, but if you are needing a desk this may not be sufficient. I had booked a room for one person so it suited everything I needed for a brief tonight stay. All staff at the front desk/bar were very friendly and helpful. excellent location close to HBF station which is also a stop on one of the hop on hop off bus routes. Only negative was that it advertises as air conditioning in the rooms. My room was hot and when I asked an employee downstairs, she mentioned it’s an air cooling system and it’s not turned on. She gets complaints all the time and the company is aware. She came up to unlock my windows so I could open it up fully for ventilation, only downside was then the room was noisy from outside traffic. This solution worked well to cool out the room, but then I would have to close the window at night in order to sleep.

An excellent Viennese destination. Walkable and very convenient to Wien Hauptbahnhof. Exceeded recommendation of travel guide. Pre-check-in was convenient and staff was helpful and attentive to our requests. Rooms are simple from an American perspective, but very nice and completely adequate for a short stay. Highly recommended.

This hotel is fine but it wasn’t my vibe. Rooms are nice and roomy but the decor is a bit youth hostel like with cartoon branding etc. The foyer is also a bit hostel like. Vending machines greet you at the door too. Nothing wrong with it but the price doesn’t reflect the vibe. Good for a family or groups. Rooms have no glasses for water or a coffee or tea machine etc. Just all a bit basic.

10min walk to Hauptbahnhof. Quiet area. Friendly staff during. Centralize air conditioning system which prevented manual temperature setting. Our stay was hot at night in early Sep. Good shower and comfy bed. Modern and practical room setting. No Asian hate experience in this hotel.
