Everything was lovely for my 24 Hour layover in Vienna. The Moxy has an appealing aesthetic for young people. The bedding wasn't perfect (not breathable fabrics) but this was honestly all forgivable as they have standing showers with very hot water and great water pressure with removable shower heads! (Sounds silly but this is a HUGE gripe for me in hotels) The bar and lobby is a great place to hang out and have a drink. And the purchasable amenities have a decent selection of food and drink items.

Arrived late. Polite and welcoming staff. Efficient. Room was comfortable and quite suitable for an overnight for two people with standard luggage. Beds were comfortable. Blackout curtains and automatic subtle floor lighting. I would recommend and stay again.

It was really easy to find the hotel—there are signs everywhere, so getting lost wasn’t an issue, which was something I initially worried about. There’s also a bar and restaurant downstairs, which is super convenient if you arrive late. My room didn’t have a phone as the front desk mentioned it would, but they still managed to give me a wake-up call by knocking on my door, so I appreciate that effort. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if I have a long layover in Vienna.

The staff is top notch. I was highly stressed out (traveling with an elderly), I made a mistake of thinking I’ve lost a purse in the lobby (found it hidden under the bed where I looked several times) and the response by the staff was highly professional, kind and friendly.
