Property was fine, and right next to an underground station. Checkin was easy and safe. But - Do NOT stay there if the weather is going to be warm. There is no AC, and you just get one little fan for a 2 bedroom apartment. Sleeping was unbearable.

The good thing is that it was directly across from the train station. However, the apartment was dusty, the patio had cigarette butts on the ground, and the inside hallway wall was very dirty. There is also a coffee machine yet no coffee available. There was only one fan yet there are two rooms. I would highly recommend when booking to choose the option with AC. We over looked this and thought it had AC and were pretty miserable at night.

Great property, very clean. We did noi like having the restroom in one room and the sink/ shower across the apartment. There should be a sink in the same room. Also, no AC was the biggest downsize, as it was hot outside and we had to leave the windows open at night because of the heat.

Dreadful, they charge you extra above what you already pay to the app And then tell you parking is extra. It’s one of these places that think what’s app is an acceptable way of communicating to the guests, it’s not.

The accommodation is decent placed on the U1 station Altes Landgut. 5 mins walking to Spar supermarket. Sofa bed is not the best. Cramped up space in the lounge. Balcony is cool. Not possible to get new towels in 5 night stay. (I think they replace only after a week..)

Ottimo soggiorno in una struttura comoda se si vuole visitare Vienna (la fermata metro è davanti all’ingresso della struttura). Ottima la pulizia della stanza e la gestione check in e check out. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto l’occorrente. Occorre lasciare le finestre chiuse per non sentire il traffico (sono perfettamente insonorizzate); in caso di eccesssivo caldo è presente un unico ventilatore (se ci fosse stato un climatizzatore sarebbe stato meglio, soprattutto per il divano letto in salotto dove non si poteva raffrescare in alcun modo).

Appartamento che fa parte di un complesso, carino e pulito situato in periferia. La fermata della metro è letteralmente di fronte, basta attraversare la strada. Non è presente l'aria condizionata e il nostro appartamento affacciava sulla via che è abbastanza rumorosa essendo trafficata. Ottimo il parcheggio a pagamento situato nella struttura.

Bellissimo appartamento moderno e pulito. Molto comoda la posizione di fronte la fermata della metropolitana. Sono stato tre giorni a Vienna e ho fatto l’abbonamento di 72 ore della metro. In 10 minuti si arriva in centro. L’appartamento è pulitissimo e luminoso. Ottimo servizio di luggage storage e parcheggio. Al piano terra ci sono dei distributori di bevande e caffè. a 5 minuti a piedi c’è anche un piccolo supermercato aperto 24h/24. Molto comodo il fatto che non ci sono chiavi per entrare nell’edificio e negli appartamenti ma ci sono codici quindi tutto molto smart e veloce. il check-in viene svolto via telefono ed è intuitivo. C’è la possibilità di ordinare la colazione in camera sempre tramite telefono. Per soggiornare a Vienna è la sistemazione migliore che c’è. Consiglio vivamente! Grazie a tutto il Team di Duschel Apartments!!!
