Just a very nice hotel it's perfectly located right across the street from the train station nothing took me more than 20 minutes to get to , Supermarket right next to the hotel, Pharmacy across the street 10 minutes from the meeting train station just an all-around great place to stay and reasonably priced

Excellent location to just pop in an Uber to the centre, although subway over the road. A very well kept, modern looking hotel. Staff lovely, family room was spacious and comfortable. Optional breakfast at 15E is well worth it. Couldn't fault anything, if I'm visiting Vienna again I'd definitely want to stay there.

Very satisfied customers!
Was a very nice stay. Room was clean and convenient. There was a functional a/c and a little fridge also. A lot of room to manage clothing. We had breakfast at the restaurant. Very nice european type buffet. It was really conveniant to be only about 20 minutes walking time fron the Shönbrunn Castle.

Was a very nice place, however we were given a room with a broken fridge. We told the reception desk about it and they said it would get replaced or fixed while we were out. And it never was. Our food and drinks had to stay out on the desk. We stayed 3 nights and it was never fixed, it was disappointing.

The hotel is close to public transport, easy links to tourist areas and palaces. Not much choice for meals locally although grocery store nearby. Hotel staff were good, 1 member of staff stood out but i didnt get a chance to get his name, he checked me in and gave really good advice and helped me with some German phrases.

If you leave the room after 10am. The staff wont come again to service your room. You are left with wet towels, empty water bottle and empty coffe cartridges. However location, breakfast, and all over very good.

Away from the city center 4 metro stations, it’s a good choice to live with a good price and convenient transportation. Only one thing: the clean staff enter my room without knocking. I was not wearing anything at that time

Was easy check in. Had a room that was for disabled facilities for bathroom. Didn’t mind that but it flooded the whole floor. They managed change our room the next day which was a lot better so I them the staff for that.
