It’s a beautiful hotel with a beautiful lobby that is very welcoming and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice surprise, it had a second floor with 2 twin beds as well as the larger bed on the first floor. Very clean!! Great breakfast too. Would go back if ever back at VIK

Loved this hotel! Great breakfast, lots of options for veggie/vegans. Staff were friendly and we had the wake up call for the northern lights. Well located near restaurants and shops but also you can be out of town in minutes. Located near black sand beaches and waterfalls. Room- comfortable, and lovely tolietries, only negative was room was next to stairs and lift so noisy at times.

Stunning room with big windows! Without the fog, we would have gotten a perfect view of the beach and cliffs - even with the fog, view was great! Room is clean and very spacious. Breakfast was great with loads of options (even for vegetarians - which is very rare for hotels - they had vegan patties, soy sausages and much more)! We wish we could have stayed more!

Good looking property. Very nice staff. Our room was close to the street so heard the cars as they passed by. Thankfully it was not too busy and I’m A heavy sleeper.
