Our villa is ideal for 10 guests but can accommodate up to 18 by offering extra sleeping arrangements, including additional mattresses and transforming the living room sofas into sofa beds.

Master Bedroom: Features a double bed, and a single bed. The room includes a private bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 2: Furnished with two twin beds.
Bathroom: A convenient bathroom with a shower toilet is located on this floor.
Extra Sleeping Options: We can provide two additional mattresses for extra sleeping arrangements if needed.
Basement:
Living Room
Features a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofas, and additional sitting areas. The two sofas can be converted into twin beds at night, providing extra sleeping space. The living room also offers direct access to the outdoor BBQ area.

Equipped with one double bed and one single bed, offering a comfortable sleeping arrangement for up to three guests.

Our villa is in the quiet village of Aaouayni at 1300–1400 meters, surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The area is famous for its excellent hiking trails, perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

HOUSE RULES and POLICIES
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
Guests may smoke on the terraces or outdoor areas.
Shisha is also permitted only in outdoor spaces.
Events policy:
Small family gatherings are allowed before 23:00.
Loud parties are not allowed.
Damage
Clean up any spills or messes promptly to prevent stains or damage. Damages or stains may incur a fee for repairs or cleaning. If any damage occurs, inform us promptly—we understand accidents can happen.
We totally get that things can break, but if we find any unreported damage after checkout, we might have to apply a charge. Just let us know if something happens, and we’ll take care of it together.
Pets policy:
We welcome your pets to stay with you, but only those registered in advance.
Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds.
Any damage caused by pets, including excessive shedding or fur on furniture, will incur an additional fee or deducted from your pet damage deposit.
