This lovely 2-bedroom villa lies on a hillside in the small hamlet of La Atalaya and offers the perfect escape. Its splendid natural setting ensures a truly relaxing stay, characterised by the quietness provided by the surrounding countryside.
The one-storey villa easily accommodates a family of four offering two shower en suite bedrooms, a spacious lounge plus a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom provides a double bed while the other two single beds.

Extensively modernised and refurbished in the last year. Guests are assured of those key desired essentials and the best quality.

The outdoor area is absolutely gorgeous. The staggering country views convey a feeling of freedom and relaxation.
There is a lovely small porch where you can enjoy breakfast. Steps from it lead to the wide terrace where the private pool is located. You won’t be able to get your eyes off the dreamlike landscape that surrounds you, even while you’re enjoying a swim or sunbathing on the sun loungers.

A further shaded outdoor dining area is located near the pool. Then as you stroll through the side garden with a lovely mature lemon tree at its heart, you will find two further relaxation areas. A BBQ area equipped with rattan furniture and rectangular parasol. The second additionally offers a spot to enjoy afternoon tea or your favourite novel as the staggering country views provided convey a feeling of freedom and relaxation that will add a special flavour to any food you’ll be enjoying.

The location offers opportunities for walkers, adventurers, golfers too. So much to see should you wish to; so much to do. The coast is less than an hour’s drive and the scenic Lake Iznajar 30km away. The latter offers fishing, water sports and bird watching opportunities.

Access to the villa is by a paved lane and there is ample off road parking. A car is highly recommended to get to the villa and move around the area.

The owners live in the house next to the holiday home. However, your privacy is guaranteed with exclusive use of the pool, BBQ and outdoor areas as described.

Villa parfaite pour la détente !!!!!
Nous avons passé 10 jours en aout 2024 dans cette très agréable villa coincée au milieu des oliviers. La villa est à l'image de son propriétaire Edmund : conviviale et accueillante. Tout est fait pour que le séjour se passe bien. La piscine est parfaite et entretenue. Plusieurs coins repas sont répartis autour de la maison en fonction du soleil dont avec barbecue... La villa est parfaite pour visiter l'Andalousie : Seville, Cordoue, Grenade, Malaga (1h30 de route environ). Merci encore à Edmund pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous gardons l'adresse dans nos favoris. <3

Superbe vue!
Belle location dans un endroit tranquille mais bien situé pour aller a Grenade et Cordoue dans la La maison est idéale pour deux couples, chacun ayant sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Nous avons pu profiter de cette belle terrasse avec une vue superbe. Mary et Robin sont très a l ecoute si besoin mais très discret aussi. Merci à eux pour leur accueil!

Un super lieu pour découvrir l'A'dalousie
Nous sommes ravis de la semaine passée chez Maria et Robin. Le lieu est très bien situé pour découvrir tous les classiques de l'Andalousie mais également des sites plus "nature" ou tourisme local. Hôtes extrêmement accueillants et disponibles Et une piscine et terrasse superbes! Je recommande vivement

A la découverte de l'Andalousie
Idéalement situé pour découvrir Cordobe, Seville, Granade et bien d'autres endroits formidable à seulement 1 à 1,5 heure(s) de voiture. La maison était conforme aux photos, les propriétaires Maria et Robin étaient présents, serviables tout en étant très discret. De la terasse on a une vue imprenable sur les oliviers. A cause du temps un peu frais et pluvieux, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la belle piscine.
