This hotel is 3 star at the very best. Overall seemed outdated. Limited variety available at breakfast time, we stayed for 9 nights and the last day they had no fresh eggs for no reason whatsoever. We stayed in the premium suite which did not provide us with a dressing robe, slippers and to our surprise, no kettle. If you plan to have an early morning/late night tea or coffee then bring your own kettle. Also be aware of the cost for laundry, we found out the hard way where they charged us to €56 for half a small bag of washing. The instructions and price list was not clear. I asked the lady at the front desk about the prices and they informed me that it was €4.50 for a bag of laundry, instead it was per item. Who charges €4.50 to wash one sock? I expressed to the staff had I known it was this expensive I would have gone to the mall down the road to buy new socks rather than pay them €56. Utterly disappointed, we would not be staying in this hotel again. The positives, free parking and fairly clean.

The hotel is very well located, near supermarkets and restaurants. The room has all you need. It is a little outdated but does the job. The food at the restaurant was good.

Dead cockroach on seat cushion by us
There was a dead cockroach on the seat cushion where we were sitting while we were at the breakfast buffet. I informed a supervisor who used a nearby pillow to remove the insect onto the floor that landed under a plant pot (see attached photo). Very disgusting to say the least. Oscar Leboeuf

Nice place to stay in.
Nice stay in a very nice hotel. A bit far from the center but hey have a free shuttle to the closest metro station San Juan Bajo. The hotel is in a very good condition, very clean rooms, lobby and restaurant. The staff is super friendly and always available to help. The breakfast is good. The food in the restaurant is fine too. Overall a good experience. I would recomend.

very impressive hotel with good parking. We upgraded our room to a Junior Suite which gave us a bit more living space for our 4 day stay. Shuttle service to the Metro was a great touch to get to Centro. Pool was nice but cold. buffet breakfast is well worth the cost. Would highly recommend this hotel!

It’s a good hotel after all but they had some sort of festival or event being held one night and the music was so loud which continued through mid-night, really disturbing.
