Me sentí estafada
Si viajas del extranjero asegúrate de llevar tu pasaporte extranjero y un comprobante del PPD porque sino te cobrarán un cargo de 80 mil pesos chilenos por el “IVA” aunque hayas pagado en su totalidad el pago del hotel a la hora de reservar. Está información el hotel no te la da y tampoco la app de hotels.com. A la hora del check in está información no se me fue dada tampoco hasta muchas horas más tarde, luego trate de pagarlo con tarjeta Mastercard extranjera no se pudo, tuve que pagar con cash. Muy poca ayuda e información a la hora del check in. Luego horas más tarde pude usar mi tarjeta.
