Amazing jungle setting

I would definitely recommend it here. We stayed in an a bungalow room in the jungle so the noises of the birds and other wildlife were as beautiful as the view. The pools were lovely and refreshing, however one of them is very busy and dominated by locals who pay to use it. I preferred the other one anyway so it wasn’t a big deal. The pools were only emptied for cleaning once during our 6 day stay and were a bit murky with a strong dilution of chlorine before emptying. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and most spoke English very well. The rooms were cleaned well, tidy and comfortable. They also had air conditioning, which was necessary, since it is so hot and humid there. We tried to book a three bedded room through Expedia but it wouldn’t book even though it said that it was available. Eventually, I booked 2 two-bedded bungalows so that the 3 of us could stay there. It was fortunate that I did, though, because the air conditioner in one of the bungalows was pumping out hot, rather than cold air. Luckily, we were all able to stay in the other one because it had 3 beds in ?!

Hotel in buone condizioni, servizio eccellente, gentilezza degli addetti ai lavori, camera pulita e confortevole. Colazione abbondante, prezzi ottimi.Unico difetto riscontrato: piscina piccola e mancanza di ombrelloni a fianco dei lettini.

Wir hatten leider kein heißes Wasser in unserem Bungalow. Es war sauber und die Umgebung sehr schön. Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser organisiert sein (keine Tassen zum Beispiel).

Das Hotel ist ungepflegt und in einem kritischen Zustand. Unter dem Bettlaken offenbarte sich eine Unterlage übersät mit mehreren gelblichen kleinen und großen Flecken, wahrscheinlich von Körperflüssigkeiten herrührend. Leider haben wir das erst nach der ersten Nacht festgestellt. Die Dusche war in einem desolaten Zustand. Darüber hinaus klagten wir über Juckreiz. Der Frühstücksraum roch modrig und erschien ebenfalls ungepflegt. Der kaum genießbare, sehr heiße Kaffee wurde aus unverständlichen Gründen in henkelfreien Suppentassen gereicht. Dass Ende Februar noch die verstaubte Weihnachtsdeko darin hing, kann man schmunzelnd als Deko-Sünde durchgehen lassen, symbolisiert aber die Gleichgültigkeit des Personals und Managements. Diese stoische Gleichgültigkeit schlug uns auch mit voller Wucht entgegen, als wir auf die Misstände aufmerksam machten. Uns blieb nur die Flucht in das zentral liegende Hotel, das wesentlich besser war. Eine Erstattung wurde abgelehnt. Schließlich stand schon der nächste Reisebus vor der Tür. Dieses Hotel wird hauptsächlich von Bussen angefahren, die dieses Haus auf ihrem Rundtrip im Programm haben. Hier wird vermutlich professionell abgezockt. Wenn möglich, würde ich das Hotel und damit die Tour meiden. Diese Art der Unterkunft könnte häufiger im Tourplan stehen. Schnelles Geld für wenig Leistung.

Quelle déception!!!!!!

Hôtel très décevant. Nous pensions être au calme mais malheureusement,ça n'a pas été le cas. Arrivée un samedi après-midi, musique à fond dans le hall de l'hôtel et à la piscine. Familles qui viennent pendant les vacances pour faire la fête en pleine après-midi et qui prennent possession des lieux. Eau très sale; les personnes se baignent tout habillé et le personnel ne dit rien. Vu le prix des chambres, on peut s'attendre à autre chose!!! Petit déjeûner infect avec beurre rance et pain rassis .
