Idyllic renovated farmhouse across from Seth's Pond and 0.6 miles from the infamous Lamberts Cove beach. Enjoy the views from the expansive enclosed front porch, play in the 2 acre yard and relax on the back patio with hardlined gas grill. Brand new kitchen, many recent renovations and a fully stocked home ensure a comfortable stay

Perfect blend of modern upgrades with original charm from the 1910 property make this a comfortable and memorable stay. Newly renovated with redone kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, balcony, outdoor shower and more.

The house, patio, fire pit and yard are all there for you to enjoy. Note that the driveway is shared with the guest house, so please park in the dedicated turnout for the main house (and/or on the front lawn if you have more than two cars) so as not to block them in (they work full time and need to get in and out).

Yard games and beach chairs available for your use (stored in the garden shed behind the guest house).

We provide beach towels as well, and just ask that you wash them and put them away if you use them (it enables us to get the rest of the laundry done before the next guest checks in for same day turnovers).

Firewood is provided and stored behind the propane tank.
Other things to note: Mid-stay cleanings available for longer stays with an additional charge if you arrange with us in advance.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer.
