The best part of our stay was the friendly staff. The hotel was clean and the property was well attended to. We were there for a specific reason, not necessarily vaction, and this property was located centrally for both reasons. I would stay here again.

Overall stay was good. Room was not the cleanest - a lot of spiderwebs, ac wasn’t working properly - but it was better cold than not working at all. It was set at 80 And never shut off unless we turned off. Check in lady was awesome very nice! Gave us cute little welcome bags filled with snacks.. breakfast was alright. It was nice they served something different every day. But most of it was not cooked all the way and still cold. If the gentleman was cooking - he was late every day.. pool was cleaned when we got there but no more after that.. overall happy with our stay.

Went to go check the room after checking in and the floor was all dirty and red stains on the bed and then there was someone yelling at us through the bushes outside the room . Went to tell the staff and they were very rude and would not give us a refund for the night “ since we already checked in “

Check-in ok woman very nice Wake up call woman was very miserable I did get the call but got it 15 min late. In excusable Bug on pillow Some psycho yelling outside my door at 2:30 am. Homeless shelter next door which explains why they told me to call security when I checked out at 4:39 am I called but nobody answered Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Stayed here one night last minute. If was clean and front desk staff was very nice. But it’s a party place apparently at night. So many people coming and going all night long. Very loud and at times felt unsafe. I’ll never stay again

The parking was a little tight. We couldn't find parking on our side of the building. The room was clean and comfortable. The hairdryer was broken, but I brought my own just in case of that. We left on Monday morning and tried to get breakfast at 8:40am. There was nothing left but waffles. not even ora nge juice. Breakfast is served until 9:30. Very disappointing. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well.

We've been to previous accomodations in the past. By far this is the best Inn that we have been to. Your receptionist, Shontae, was very warm even though we checked in late. The room was very cozy. The bathroom was clean. Very pleasant stay.

The property was unkempt, room was dirty, no daily cleaning conducted, unhelpful with simple tasks such as providing receipts and not customer oriented. I would have left after the first night if other availability in the vicinity opened up.
