This property is very convenient and right on the Norfolk / Virginia Beach border. The parking lot lighting is very poor as I like parking close to or under lighting for safety but evidently none are working? Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Staff are accommodating and pleasant. Issue will room key not allowing me back into room after run down stairs for coffee but gentleman “Rob” assisted me to “re-key” the room key.

I breast feed and I needed a fridge to store milk. The fridge in the room did not work. I had to get ice and keep milk cold. I did not escalate the issue because I was only there one night instead of the original 3 and had relatives nearby.
