Va Beach was the cleanest beach and probably the cleanest pubic place or town d ever visited. Very safe feeling environment and world class upkeep and cleanliness around the entire town .

Staff was friendly....room was okay, but I thought it would be a little bit nicer...signs of wear and tear in a few areas...room was very quiet. bed was comfy which was nice...pool and hot tub were very nice too.

Needs upgrades. Stuck doors and rust. 1st 2 rooms no hot water. 3rd room, hot water, AC broke… 4th room. Bingo ! I had to talk to management the next day. While all staff was nice, it just needs TLC. I did get a refund for 1 night

We stayed here on our way to Savannah. It is right off of 95. The parking was easy and well lit. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet was served in the dinning area in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel.

The only reason I gave it an overall 4 stars is because our room was directly under the Isle of Capri restaurant. So everyday from 2-10pm, you would hear constant banging and noises. Very annoying when you are trying to sleep. When you book, msje sure to request not to be under the restaurant. I will remember from now on. Also it was disappointing the back pool was not open, only the front oneby the ocean.

This is my 2nd year staying at this location and I think its starting to look a little tired and is due for a refresh. That aside, I love the location. Its far enough down that its quiet, but close enough you can walk to everything. I love that they have dedicated parking (in a garage) and they don’t charge for it or resort fees. The staff is always polite and never had a problem. Overall it’s a good stay but definitely needs an update.

The property is in need of repairs. Our room had not been cleaned. We found a dirty bandaid and hair in the shower. The soap dispenser was broken. The bar used to open and close the shower fell off. There was dog/cat food on the floor. ALL the staff we interacted with were wonderful. They were all very accommodating and very apologetic. They did move us to a new room which was clean however we couldn't get any hot water for the shower, the handled on the shower was also broken and the air conditioner had a loud rattle/banging sound every time it kicked on. A very disappointing stay as this used to be one of our favorites years ago.

Love the pools. Unfortunately the one outside pool with slides was closed for maintenance but the indoor lazy river pool was great! Staff very responsive via text to request for extra towels. Docs on 23rd for breakfast awesome.

This hotel needs a major interior overhaul. Our room was very outdated, entry light not working, drawers not closing, bathroom was filthy, the shower looked moldy and we took cold showers. The vanity was so old and had scratches all over it. The bathroom just looked terrible. Went to get breakfast to bring back to room was told stove was not working and their system was down. Finally was given the option to pay for a buffet breakfast to bring back to the room. Don’t waste your money. Staff and the outside pool by the ocean were nice. If you’re staying here book your room in the North Tower definitely not the South Tower!
