The property is in need of repairs. Our room had not been cleaned. We found a dirty bandaid and hair in the shower. The soap dispenser was broken. The bar used to open and close the shower fell off. There was dog/cat food on the floor. ALL the staff we interacted with were wonderful. They were all very accommodating and very apologetic. They did move us to a new room which was clean however we couldn't get any hot water for the shower, the handled on the shower was also broken and the air conditioner had a loud rattle/banging sound every time it kicked on. A very disappointing stay as this used to be one of our favorites years ago.

Love the pools. Unfortunately the one outside pool with slides was closed for maintenance but the indoor lazy river pool was great! Staff very responsive via text to request for extra towels. Docs on 23rd for breakfast awesome.

This hotel needs a major interior overhaul. Our room was very outdated, entry light not working, drawers not closing, bathroom was filthy, the shower looked moldy and we took cold showers. The vanity was so old and had scratches all over it. The bathroom just looked terrible. Went to get breakfast to bring back to room was told stove was not working and their system was down. Finally was given the option to pay for a buffet breakfast to bring back to the room. Don’t waste your money. Staff and the outside pool by the ocean were nice. If you’re staying here book your room in the North Tower definitely not the South Tower!

I have stayed at this property different times over the last 20 years. The halls and room were cleaner this time compared to the last stay. We did move an end table and there was trash and food under it so I would say it could be a little more thorough. The indoor pool needs refreshed and it makes it feel dirty. When we got there a light was knocked out and just sitting on the bottom of the pool seemed dangerous seeing how we have little kids. They did text me after arriving and asked how everything was. I mentioned the light and it was fixed the next day. It seems like the staff was consistently cleaning. Also was asked what floor we wanted and we took ground it was so nice being able to just walk out our door and be in the beach. This was Labor Day weekend. Not as crowded beach since it’s the last hotel on the boardwalk. It’s affordable and family friendly.

We loved the view of the ocean. The elevator was a bit run down. The room needed a good cleaning, due to left over sand from another guest. Dresser drawers were off track.

We stayed 3 days, in those 3 days the outside pool was filthy with debris floating in it and on the bottom, it was never cleaned. The square Whale bar couldn’t even serve their top 2 drinks they advertise because they were waiting on their shipment of drink mix, really? Go buy it instead of waiting ! Rooms need a major update, wallpaper peeling off the walls, dirty stained carpet, you have cheap plastic chairs on the oceanfront balcony, really! If I’m paying over $300 a night to stay in a suite you need to do better! Very disappointed

Great Rooms, Pool and Beach. Staff was wonderful. Super restaurant Isle of Capri with super food service and ocean view. Distractions were windows need washing and hallways could be renovated.

Needs some TLC
This was our second stay here. The last was a year prior. The condition has definitely gone down since a year ago. The building seemed run down, elevators were breaking down, our balcony door was almost impossible to open and the pool was growing algae. Hoping to return to the area again next spring but will have to check out other options unless it seems the issues here have been resolved.

Nice hotel at the end of the boardwalk. Had pools and a lazy river, although we did not use them. Restaurant / bar with great food and a very friendly and attentive bartender. Staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Easy parking with a parking garage across the street. Would definitely stay there again.
