The room was very clean and plenty of space for 5 people. Staff was very friendly but hesitant to give a straight answer and assistance on two occasions. No complaints over all.

Give this place a try and you wont regret it!
Let me start by saying I have stayed at almost every hotel on the boardwalk. The Hyatt Place has quickly become a favorite. We absolutely love the oceanfront king suite which has a panoramic view. It is the most beautiful room we have stayed in. The hotel is always so clean and the staff is excellent! All their valet personnel are amazing. The manager on duty when we were there was so kind and accomodating. We have stayed here the past 3 trips and already booked again for September!

The staff was rude and when trying to resolve the problem identified they tried to downplay and send me in circles. Awaiting response from General Manager. Daughter purchased 2 virgin Shirley temples and was told they were 3.00 each. She was charged for 2 alcoholic beverages (she is 12). She discovered it when she got back to room and when I went to resolve they insisted they could do nothing to help. Lacking integrity trying to overcharge a 12 year old and charging her for alcoholic beverages instead of sodas. Valet parking was declined, I will not give a stranger my car keys and when rushing to get checked out to get to early volleyball game they valet was rude and insisting I give my car keys up. I was parked and rushing to pack and get out. Would not recommend this due to horrible customer service.
