We had a great time! Friendly staff and the room/ hotel in general was very clean and nice. The pool was a little small, but with the beach a few steps away it wasn’t an issue for us. Breakfast was ok, not bad but I’ve had better hotel breakfast elsewhere. Valet parking was affordable and easy. Overall a great stay!
Nice oceanfront view and clean, comfortable room. Maid service was inconsistent from day to day. There’s breakfast served every morning and it’s the standard hotel food, rotate the meat & potatoes but it’s enough to fill you up. It’s paid parking and the guys were great with retrieving my car quickly. The staff I did encounter were nice. I’d stay here again.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. Our suite was spotless and comfortable, and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. I am very glad we chose an oceanfront suite since it rained for most of our stay, and we were grateful to at least have a wonderful view of the ocean from our balcony and room.
We did have a pretty significant issue with the door to our suite malfunctioning one day, but everyone worked hard to fix it quickly and make it right for us.
The breakfast buffet included in the stay was incredible and a great way to start the day!
We chosed this hotel because it was new, just a stone away from the beach. Location is good. I’m a little disappointed with the indoor pool. It was raining on the day we arrived so i was considering staying indoor on the pool with my daughter. But, we just went back to the room, as there were too many children with the small pool.
The staff and service were outstanding. The rooms are really small and the pool is really small. There was a big stain on their lobby rug but as I said, I can’t say enough good things about the staff & housecleaning.
