Fridge did not work, microwave dirty, coffeemaker had leftover grounds. No safety lock on door. They wanted $50 if we wanted to check in early. No extra blankets in room, They wanted $1.00 if I used a credit card, I was charged a total of $4.00. Overall "chincy". Lamp outlet for charging did not work. Remote for tV did not work.

The property is outdated , looks old, moldy bathrooms, unclean feeling . Terrible carpet . If you care only ocean view and not willing to pay more than 120 or ran out of options because of availability then this could be your best bet

Great location, friendly staff, pet friendly, balcony overlooking ocean. Only negative is tight parking, if you leave on a weekend night, you have to wait until someone leaves to have a parking space.

TOTAL DUMP!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THERE WAS DOG HAIR ALL OVER THE FLOOR EVEN IN THE BED. ALL IN THE COVER.THEY CONTROL THE HOT WATER ITS CUT OFF AT A CERTAIN TIME AT NIGHT AND CUT ON AT A CERTAIN TIME IN THE MORNING. No HEAT ONLY COLD AIR BLOWING OUT. THIS HOTEL IS RAN BY INDIANS IT REMINDS ME OF A CHEAP MOTEL 6. ITS ONLY 3 LEVELS LIKE A MATCHBOX-ITS THE ONLY HOTEL THAT STICKS OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB/PUBLIC EYESORE-THE PICTURES ON THR WEBSITE ARE VERY DECEIVING. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This hotel is a 1* property in a 5* location. Room was mouldy, not very clean, didn't smell the best. Outdoor pool was quite alright. We found something 100 times better for the same price 5 blocks away, oceanview.

The room we had was nothing like in the add . We were charged a 30.00 a night pet deposit that was not mentioned in the add we saw the smoke detector was gone I did like how close it was to the beach would not stay here again

A first look appears okay. The pool has sand through out, obviously the filter doesn't work, found floating plastic cup and chunk of long dark hair and cigarette filter in the pool. Which we removed with the holey pool skimmer. In the room, was dog kibble left from a previous tenant, dresser had be chew on the leg by a pet. Rusty microwaves, no iron, a missing outlet cover by the bed, wobbly table and a sock left under the bed by previous tenant. You are not advised that they don't really deep clean so if you have allergies beware. We got pictures. People with pets used the lawn by the boardwalk as a personal bathroom and don't pick up after their pet. Only plus view of sunrises, sunsets and right next to boardwalk. Only thing they were honest about no elevator to third floor.

The hotel was just a step or two above a dump but since I was alone and it was ocean front it was okay. The floors were dirty and the carpet needed changing. The entire proerty needs an update. Definitely no frills. My room was never cleaned so I can not comment in the service. SInce I spent most of the time outside, it suited my purpose and teh price was unbeatable.

Stay somewhere else.
Our door was extremely hard to close/open, it was always stuck. There were stains everywhere including in our bed sheets and blood stains in the bathroom. Of all the lights (including ceiling fans) in the family suite, the kitchen light and only one lamp worked. Had one small tv with 2 remotes that did not work the tv, it didn’t work at all. The smoke detector was pulled out of the wall. There was trash left in our room and it was obviously not cleaned. Limited parking and the spaces are so narrow there’s no way to get out of your car if there’s a car parked on either side. I woke up in the middle of the night because I had bugs crawling on me. We were fortunate enough to have one window AC unit (other rooms do not) as the hotel’s is non existent. Housekeeping never came by and we were there all weekend. It’s worth it to spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. The location to the beach is the only thing that I have to say positive about our stay.

Easy check in, guaranteed ocean view, close to anything we could have wanted to do while visiting the ocean. Quiet noninvasive housekeeping, balcony and pool.
