The Hotel overall is good, however, the cleaning ladies miss a lot of things on the rooms, like shampoo. Breaskfast was amazing. At afternoon they offer coffe and cake and canjiquinha, but they don't add some juice or milk, since not everybody drink coffee.

Good hotel good food and location
Great hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot variety of cakes , pies hot and cold stuffs. Location was good, close to Itaparica Beach and bus stop. Vila Velha it's a beautiful city.

Pitiful hotel away from everything
Half a block from the beach, far away from everything else. Inept, inefficient staff, uninterested in the clients. Took two days to come to fix the TV. "Superior" room is a small room with a small balcony overlooking buildings. "Standard" room is the same without the useless balcony. Breakfast is adequate.

Minha segunda vez no Santorini. Dessa vez não foi legal, infelizmente. O horário de check in do hotel é as 14h, porém, entrei em contato antes informando que eu chegaria 06h e perguntei se seria necessário pagar a mais ou se eu poderia entrar antes. O atendente informou que se o quarto tivesse disponível, eu poderia entrar mais cedo. Pois bem.. cheguei 06:30 no hotel e perguntei sobre o quarto. O recepcionista informou que o quarto estava vazio mas que faltava higienizar. Me segeriu dar uma volta e retornar para ver se o quarto estava pronto. Ótimo! Saí e retornei as 09h30 e perguntei se já haviam higienizado e dessa vez, uma moça da recepção, informou que ainda não estava pronto e que era para eu aguardar mais um pouco. Retornei as 12:30 e uma outra moça da recepção informou que o hóspede havia saído do quarto as 12h e que ainda faltava higienar... Resumo, fiquei de 06h as 14h aguardando para entrar no quarto, devido a uma informação errada do recepcionista. Se tivessem me informando desde o início que não poderia entrar antes das 14h, eu havia reservado um outro quarto no hotel da frente e retornado a noite, sem problema algum. Após entrar no quarto, a fechadura estava com defeito, sendo necessário ficar batendo a porta toda hora para não ficar apitando. Informei a recepção e disseram que não tinham outro quarto e que mandariam alguem da manutenção para olhar... Até hoje estou aguardando rsrs é um hotel ótimo, mas, infelizmente não fomos bem recepcionados dessa vez.

Quarto tem tamanho satisfatório para 3 pessoas. Cama e travesseiro mto bons! Chuveiro tb tem pressão boa da água. Café com boas opções e variações. O quarto não tem boa acústica, tanto para área externa, barulho à noite inteira, quanto para o corredor, e isso nos incomodou mto para uma noite bem dormida.

Tudo perfeito. Café da manhã maravilhoso e completo. Se quiserem que prepara uma tapioca a funcionar os preparam. Quartos limpos, espaçoso, roupas e camas e toalhas trocadas diariamente, aspecto novo. O hotel dispõe de água e café expresso 24 horas para os hóspedes. E algo que eu achei muito bacana é que sempre após retornar da praia a tardinha tem um lanchinho para os hóspedes. Micro-ondas disponível. 40 metros da Praia de Itaparica. Super bem localizado. Já me hospedei em Itaparica ano passado e voltarei com certeza a me hospedar neste hotel. Excelentes funcionários desde a recepção, camareiras, cozinheiras... É um hotel de três andares e consegue atender perfeitamente todo o público com excelência. Super indico.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a praia, 40m. Café da manhã maravilhosa e completo, muitas opções se quiser pedir para fazer uma tapioca ou algo eles fazem. Tem uma máquina de café expresso disponível 24 horas para os hóspedes, bem como água disponível. Algo que eu achei muito bacana é que o hotel após o almoço deixa disponível para os hóspedes um lanche como cortesia diariamente. Roupas de camas foram trocadas todos os dias limpas aspecto de novo, hotel moderno. Todos os funcionários super prestativos atenciosos e educados. Super indico e com certeza se voltar em Itaparica, hospedaria novamente. Viagem de ferias
