everything was OK including the restaurant. one regret: it was hot and the room had no air conditioning which forced us to sleep with the window wide open with all the inconveniences of the road next to the hotel

Convenient location
Easily accible hotel, parking convenient and no hastle. Restaurant attachedcto the hotel was actually pretty good. Rooms clean but no air conditioning. Current covid restrictions means rooms arent clwaned daily

Fantastic Hotel
What a great hotel! Clean, roomy and comfortable at a great price. Easy access off and back on the highway. Dining service connected inside the hotel, and meals were tasty and reasonably lriced. Pribably kbe of the best morning breakfasts on our journey!

Nothing to complain about here, great value hotel
Staff members were very friendly. Good bar, bar staff did not speak english (no problem but for information). Large hotel with plenty of free parking, nice clean rooms. Great breakfast and both perculated and ground coffee drinks available in the morning. Good stuff.

Staff was super nice. My daughter accidentally pulled emergency alarm in bedroom and the staff handled it professional. I’m sorry they had to deal with that.

Hotel on edge of Zwickau
Hotel has lots of parking, rooms are roomy and felt really good. Staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants in Zwickau but nothing is close - in-house restaurant has limited menu... All this comes with a price !

Good hotel, but a little out of town
Good hotel, location is ok but a fair way from the centre/station if you don't have a car (a 30 minute walk to the station). Interior is a little dated but clean, the staff were helpful. Only complaint would be that when the room was cleaned, the large towels were taken away but not replaced, we didn't realise until the next day so had to make do with small towels. There was also no replenishment of the tea/coffee/milk.
