Our place is 12 min. from Magnolia Market & Baylor's McLane Stadium & 1.5 miles from I-35. You'll love our place because of its quiet location in the country on a working homestead. In season, we have a zinnia maze that children and adults both enjoy!

This rental is part of a duplex named "Echt House" and this side (left side) of the duplex is named "The Farmhouse". The other side is named "The Ranch" and both are available for larger groups. We ask that all guests be considerate of any guests that may be renting the other side.

We are only 4 miles from the #1 rated restaurant in central Texas -- Cafe' Homestead -- and the Homestead Craft Village. Also, we're only 15 minutes from BSR or Cameron parks.

It is Eco-friendly with spray foamed insulation, energy star washer, dryer, refrigerator, range and microwave with many Eco-friendly supplies.

Its great for couples, business travelers, solo adventurers and families (with kids).

Cute, clean, quiet farmhouse close to Waco
The Farmhouse (1/2 of duplex) was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was so quiet but only 10-12 minutes to Baylor, we were there for family weekend. This is a great place to unwind and disconnect with comfortable bedrooms, living room and a nice relaxing bathroom.

Lovely Home
This is a lovely home that is well appointed. Easy access to freeway yet also very quiet. While it is a duplex, it is obviously well built because we never heard the other couple next door until they were leaving. The living room has reclining lazy boy rockers that are very comfortable. Chris is a very "hands-on" owner and replied to us quickly before and during our trip. 5 Stars and we are looking forward to our return trip over Labor Day. Thanks Chris!

Concert Stay
Booked this property for one night for a concert that was in town. Duplex is clean and decorated very well. They neighbors were very nice but when they left their dogs howled for hours. The walls are thin and you could hear everything. So sad to hear dogs cry for so long.

Great little place. Parking was a little wonky. 3 other cars in the same driveway before we got there. Place was clean and simple. Quiet area and back porch was nice looking although we didn’t use it. Love that it was pet friendly. Honestly was a big reason we chose it. Coffee selection was nice! But wish they had water bottles in the fridge as well.

Wonderful short overnight
Such an adorable place. Comfortable and sits on a beautiful property. The host was so communicative and friendly, too. I was in town for a MTB race and my children drove in to meet my wife and me. We loved the property and homeyness. Very comfortable for 5 people.

Nice quiet retreat
We loved staying here as it gave us a quiet place to retreat to as we were in the area to visit downtown Waco. It was easy to travel to & from Waco either by the highway or scenic backroads. The house was clean and exactly what we expected based on the description online. With comfy furniture, AC to keep us cool, plenty of ice in the freezer, and well-stacked with supplies for coffee & other condiments. The owners were very kind to us and gave us recommendations for things to checkout when we saw them at the property and was quick to respond when we had questions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
