I didn’t like that the AC was not working properly in our room. I did not like how the front desk told us that they could not comp a night of our stay due to us making a reservation through Expedia and then Expedia told us they could not refund us because the hotel was standing by their policy. So we stayed for two nights at this hotel and told the lady at the desk the AC was not working properly in our room. She was not concerned with being on her phone and laying on the couch in the lobby then making sure we had a comfortable nights sleep. Instead of moving our room on night one she said she had a fan and could see if they could move us in the morning. The following morning we were told when we asked about a refund that we would have to at Expedia as our reservation was made through a third party. Expedia said it would take them 72 hours to get back to us. So basically they wait for you to leave the property and nothing gets resolved. I will never stay at another Hampton inn or use Expedia for anymore of my travel due to the way this was handled
